3 Bedroom Incline Village Retreat Next to Championship Golf Course

We pride ourselves on making our guests stay with us comfortable and relaxing. In the 5 years of hosting guests we have shared our home with more than 150 different families. In all of those instances we have never had a guest express anything remotely close to the concerns shared by Mark. Time and again our guests have raved about their time at our home. While I was disappointed to learn of Mark’s concerns, I am confident that future guests will disagree with his assessment. Multiple efforts were made to address and rectify Mark’s feedback and nothing was ever good enough. When we asked for proof, we never received anything. The shower was fixed, the kitchen is well lit and the light fixture has never had a bulb in the 5 years we have owned the home. The carpets are light colored and older, but are vacuumed after every stay and frequently professionally cleaned. Mark’s loss is other guests gain. We look forward to hosting future guests and proving to them why 150 other families who have stayed with us via VRBO and Airbnb would disagree with Mark’s review.
