2025/2026 Season Update: Located in the final phase of the Aspens, building 4 is the highest on the mountain with an unobstructed view of Big White and has the best ski out bar none - capable of reaching all of the significant lifts, including Telus Park.

This 5th-floor unit was the former show suite featuring a custom floor plan and was finished with no expense spared. Granite countertops, heated slate flooring, rich hardwoods, gas-fired stone fireplace and luxurious furnishings await you in this premium two-bedroom, two-bath unit. At 1250 sq. ft, it is larger than many three-bedroom units and is perfect for 1-2 couples to enjoy comfortably.

Set the mood right with dimmable LED lighting in key areas while you enjoy the premium 48” Sony OLED 4K Android Smart TV/DVD/BluRay entertainment system with Polk audio soundbar/subwoofer. We offer complimentary Netflix, Prime Video, Paramount +, Apple TV and Disney! Music lovers can stream your collection via the latest aptX HD Bluetooth, Spotify Connect or Apple AirPlay to a Marantz stereo system. We also provide Telus PureFibre™ 150—the fastest available wireless service on the mountain.

For those who enjoy the culinary arts, the fully equipped kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances, including a small appliance garage that features an Air Fryer, Rice maker, Kitchen Aid mix master, blender, slow cooker, Cuisinart hot air popcorn maker (popcorn included!), toaster, toaster oven, electric kettle and more.

We also provide multiple cooking spices for your use (even a garlic press), and no morning starts off better than our fully featured coffee bar that offers you a choice of a Jura E4 super-automatic coffee machine, Kitchenaid 12-cup drip style and Keurig "pod" style electronic coffee makers along with a traditional French press for purists. A professional-grade Kitchen Aid burr grinder ensures your coffee beans are freshly ground to perfection. For those who enjoy tea, an electric kettle, tea press and tea pot are also supplied. We provide a fully stocked tea cupboard.

The sizeable primary suite is almost 300 sq. ft of rest and relaxation, offering a top-of-the-line Stearns & Foster King size bed along with a 55’ Samsung Smart TV with soundbar/subwoofer audio system and Blu-Ray player. The double sink en suite also has a built-in steam shower for two and dimmable LED lighting for late-night convenience. The second bedroom (located at the other end of the unit for privacy) features a queen-sized bunk bed along with a 43” Sony 4K XBR Smart TV and a Blu-Ray player. Both bedrooms offer bedside charging stations for your wireless devices and premium bedding/towels. AG shampoo and conditioner are also supplied.

On the covered deck, you will find a Weber propane BBQ with a 4-person Beachcomber hot tub along with dimmable LED outdoor lighting for your convenience. The nearby lockable ski locker also features an electric boot warmer for your exclusive use.

Don’t get snowed in! Use of one dedicated underground parking spot is also included during your stay (if required). The garage door clearance is a generous 7'11" for those with Thule racks. Other amenities include an in-unit LG wash tower (with supplied laundry pods) and a climate-controlled wine cooler for your favourite vintages.

We love the Okanagan lifestyle and spending time at Big White. Nothing beats a warm fire and Okanagan wine after a long day of skiing. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Location, location, location! Being at the top of the mountain means you enjoy the best ski in & ski out and can hit every major lift without hiking or leap frogging from lift to lift. Being on the mountain view side was important as was being on the 5th floor above the ski out as there is a tad more noise on the lower floors.

We are all about quality and not quantity and appreciate that even though this unit was large enough for three bedrooms by only having two it means more enjoyment of your space and privacy from the second bedroom.

Final reasons why we purchased in this building was the build quality and finishing, an underground parking lot that put an end to shoveling and finally clean burning gas fireplace and no more hassles cleaning up after a wood burning stove and related smoke/dust.

And of course having a hot tub as no place on a ski hill is truly complete without one.
