My husband and I have stayed at Milan and John’s place multiple times over the years. We appreciate how convenient the location is to everything Asheville has to offer. The beautiful space is always clean and extremely comfortable. But most of all we find our hosts to be the kindest, welcoming and pleasant people you would ever meet. Can’t wait to book our next visit

Milan was such a sweet and gracious host and even baked us some cookies. The cottage is in a perfect location with tons of room nestled in the trees. You have everything you need to rest and unwind. We will definitely stay here again (even if our rival schools are different - Go Greenies). Congrats on the big win on Saturday for The Game (100th).

Milan made sure my daughter had an extra special birthday stay. A “Happy Birthday” sign and fresh baked cookies greeted us as we entered the little apartment. So thoughtful. It’s a quiet apartment with very little neighborhood noise. It’s a very well equipped place. All the dishes, kitchen and hygiene items you could want. Bed is SO comfortable. 10/10 recommend! Will definitely be booking again if we’re ever looking to stay near Ashville again one day.

Lovely Place to Stay

After a long day of touring the Asheville area, it was a pleasure to return each evening to this excellent VRBO, which includes all the amenities we could possibly need.

Asheville Stay

Milan and John greeted us with home baked cookies, which were delicious. The carriage house was a wonderful place to stay while in Asheville.

Fantastic property

Don't hesitate to book this property. It is one of the best we have stayed in hands down. Everything was above standard including the cleanliness. The hosts were gracious and made our stay a delight, right down to the homemade cookies!

Better than advertised!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Le Petit Chateau. The room was very spacious, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. The location was quiet and convenient to our visit to the Biltmore Estate. John was a very gracious and accomodating host and we would certainly stay here again the next time we visit Asheville.

Better than expected

We were thankful to stay for 3 nights. The room is very comfortable and quiet during the day. Loved having a warm welcome from the owner. Everything was perfect.

Milan was super sweet! Greeted us when we arrived and had fresh back cookies made! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous! Has everything that you need. Highly recommend

This is a wonderful rental! The space is beautiful and the hosts could not be any nicer. I had to rate this as a 3 for "family friendly", but that's only because it's really meant for no more than a couple as there is one bedroom with a king bed. But that in no way diminishes how great this space is. It's such a quiet community yet it's close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this rental. And a huge thank you to John and Milan for sharing their home with us.

Simply extravagant experience!

A beautiful place with interesting antiques from all over! The vibe from this apartment was very homely but interesting. In my opinion better then staying in biltmore. Very comfortable and has everything you could want for a vacation in asheville. This couple is incredibly accommodating and clearly know asheville like the back of their hand! Very welcoming and friendly people that have plenty of advice for those exploring asheville for the first time! I will certainly be staying again!

Perfect New Years Eve Getaway Spot

We were looking for a nice place where we could enjoy the sights of Asheville and yet have a evening in on New Years Eve because my sweetheart wanted to cook me dinner, and this was the picture perfect spot! From the well equipped kitchen, to the gorgeous chandelier and furnishings, we couldn’t have asked for anything better to start the New Year. Thank you so much Milan!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and so nice to talk with. Check-in was a breeze and early check-in worked out.The unit was spacious, very comfortable, extremely well-appointed, and spotless. We slept great! The surroundings were quiet and beautiful, offering a relaxing atmosphere while still being close to all the local attractions and the airport. Airport is a15 to 20 minute ride, downtown 10 to 15 minutes, and Biltmore estate 10 to 15 minutes.We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches — coffee, bottled water, and delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Asheville

This was our first trip to Asheville. The location was convenient, providing an easy drive to every location we visited. The apartment was private, and very comfortable after long days of exploring the town and surrounding areas. Great hosts as well, with great recommendations for local experiences and restaurants. For example, the recommendation for dining at the Grove Inn was excellent, as the views were amazing. Overall, it was a great stay! Thanks!

Beautifully Serene

Our stay was fabulous. The property is beautiful and spacious. Quiet and peaceful. It is clean and decorated elegantly. We were welcomed with chocolate chip cookies and Milan is so sweet (and funny). We so enjoyed our stay. It is close to shopping, the Biltmore, food. The community is gated so we felt safe and secure. This was our first time to Asheville and we definitely want to return and especially hope to stay at this place!
