Located in Hillsboro Beach, Florida this property offers access to the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal waterway. Villa D is oceanfront with two bedrooms and bathrooms a full kitchen and living room, an assigned parking spot with guest parking available. This resort property is a 25 minute drive from Fort Lauderdale airport or 35 minutes from West Palm airport. The entire property offers the best of living on the beach and great evening sunsets on the Intracoastal waterway, nothing like it anywhere! We are within walking distance from Deerfield Beach restaurants and fishing pier.

Great location!

Very nice location - close to Fort Lauderdale, Deerfield Beach and Delray allows for you to visit multiple hot spots. The private beach is such a great bonus. The entire villa is very quiet and we had no problem getting seats at the pool or beach. Sometimes we were the only ones at the pool! Beds are definitely on the firmer side but it’s nothing that would keep us from going back next year. We loved our stay and enjoyed the royal flamingo!

Awesome Vacation Villa!

We have been coming to Deerfield for 40 years. This is by far the best place we have stayed!! Everything you could want!! Pool and beach just steps out your front door. All the amenities you need. Close to restaurants and shopping!! We will be back!!

Enjoyable

Great place for a small family getaway. We loved the proximity from the cottage to the beach amenities provided. No crowds, nice, quiet location, easy access to beach and the pool. Would love to return once beach reclamation project is complete.

Wonderful vacation

My husband and I had a wonderful two week vacation at Royal Flamingo Villas. The beach and pool are both beautiful, as is the Villa in which we stayed. We will be back!

Couldn't ask for a better location

I loved every minute of staying at the Condo. Quiet, private location. But only minutes to Deerfield and Pompano. The condo was just as advertised and clean! Would definitely stay again if given the chance!

My daughter & I stayed in this beautiful villa, it was perfect. Close to beach & pool. The sunrises & sunsets were stunning. Steve was very nice and easy to reach. Miss waking up to the ocean! Thank you!

Villa on the ocean

This villa is a wonderful property. It is on the water! The full kitchen is nice to have as well. Property management staff was very helpful. We will certainly be back.

Great for family gathering

Two of my nephews with their family also rented here all us had a great time but there are two things that I have to mention door locks did not work correctly and also toilets were too low my sisters and I are elderly and it was difficult. All and all I give the property 5 stars, thinking of renting again for next year.

Loved our stay!

Property had beautiful tropical landscaping & very well kept up. Beautiful pool area, nicely maintained. The villa was close to beach with good views from this one. Easy beach access with solitary beach. Would love to return!

Beach Front

Property was just as advertised, beach was right outside the door. Property was clean and had weekly maid service..The sound of the ocean clearly made it easier to rest after long day on private beach. Restaurants were with walking distance and are highly rated. Would recommend highly.

Wonderful property with incredible ocean views.

Peace & Joy before Christmas

A true gem of a family friendly beach cottage/resort! Have the same beach experience as the millionaires living thee dream with their waterfront homes on Hillsboro Mile! A just the right size place with the ease of parking, access to Deerfield Pier & restaurants and a friendly community of many long time families choosing to return year after year. The closest villa to beach and pool was refreshing

Clean and stocked kitchen to cook breakfast sit outside porch listening to the waves crashing feet from the beach with pavers to walk to sitting chairs and cabanas. Pool heated and cIose to villa.. I will definitely recommend a relaxing quite stay.

The villa was very clean and has a great use of space! Check in and out was as easy as it gets. The location, right next to the pool and just steps to the sand, is amazing!! The host was always kind, available and communicated well. A lighted, beautiful paver walking path (this starts at embassy suites) leads to Deerfield beach which is a cute little beach town. It has a few souvenir stores and several restaurants, and a few gelato/ ice cream shops. Our family of 5 loved it and will be back!

Quiet beachfront retreat

Loved staying here just steps from the sand. Perfect unit for a couples getaway. Property and beach are quiet. Unit is small but very clean and just what we needed. Owner was very quick with response to our only issue which was our coffee maker quit working. Less than an hour later we had a new coffee maker😁 This VRBO is privately owned but run by a condo management. The office staff were very friendly and helpful as well. The private beach area is perfect. Plenty of chairs with options for shade. Pool looked great although we didn’t use it. Great location close to Deerfield and restaurants. Can’t wait to go back

Week in Paradise

My husband and I stayed for our 2nd time. Property is clean and well maintained. Location is great...easy to get to and to get to other places. Pool and beach area are both wonderful! Our favorite place to stay! Would love to stay again!
