The three-room apartment on the first floor consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a sofa bed for 2 people, one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with a window and shower, three terraces, A/C, and parking space.
The building features an elevator starting from the first floor.
