Newly remodeled private pool 4/2 canal waterfront home with relaxing dock, private, single family house located in East Orlando, Florida close to the University of Central Florida (UCF), Siemens, Lockheed Martin, Rollins College, Full Sail University, Central Florida Research Park, Quadrangle, major attractions such as Walt Disney World and Universal Studios and world famous beaches. Gorgeous updated kitchen with breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. Master suite has a door to the pool deck and an outdoor shower. Huge walk in shower and closet.
The family room area comes with a 65" Flat Panel TV, and a 42" flat panel TV is in the living room. The Master has a 32" flat panel TV.

The location was great and easy access for our needs. We wanted to see family and also get to Disney World and this fit the bill. The pool was nice place to cool off and having access to the floats for the grandchild that needed the help was a wonderful plus. Thank you John for all your help and also the extra goodies. They were an unexpected treat.

The house is clean, spacious and has everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay. I will say if you are afraid of lizards this is not your place. They are plentiful but stayed out of the way. The pool is large, deep and private, perfect for relaxing.

Communication with the host was excellent and there was a nice welcome basket waiting for us in the kitchen. The home was perfect for our stay!

Great place and great area
We loved staying there as this is our second time in this house .. pool is great and the canal our kids love as they were getting fish left and right carp catfish and gar and bass

A lovely home and property with a great pool patio. Lots of room for the family and very comfortable for everyone. Kitchen is well appointed and great place to entertain family.

If you're thinking about staying at this property, do it! The house was everything you see and more. It was clean, large, comfortable and welcoming. The house has everything you need to feel at home. The pool is very enjoyable and a great place to cool off and relax. Communication with the owner is excellent. He replies to messages quickly and is very helpful. The welcome basket was a nice gesture and very much appreciated. We hope to be able to visit the area again soon and stay here again.

Quiet location and great host!
Easy to check in and check out. Quiet neighborhood with a good location. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Fantastic stay.

Great time at Casa Orlando! Came down to celebrate my Master’s graduation at UCF. Pool was lovely for the kids, canal for fishing, and plenty of room. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay
Owner was quick to respond to any inquiries or issues we had before and during the stay. The house is nice has everything you need.

Wonderful time!
Great location, close to everything we needed it to be. Property was perfect for our needs which included visiting family in the area. Pool area was great, home was clean with plenty of room and privacy. John was a wonderful host, we are actually planning a return visit in the fall.
