We've been coming to this area for over 30 years and can say that this was a great villa in a great location. Easy walking distance to local market, supermarket and restaurants. Everything was spotless. Loads of space indoors and outdoors. Garden gets sun at all times of the day but there are also lots of shady areas if you need them. Quirky pool but great size. We would definitely stay again.

The villa was perfect for us (6) but could easily have accommodated 8. It was well equipped and met all our needs. The somewhat quirky pool was extremely suitable for families including very young children. The location was ideal with a good supermarket less than 3 minutes walk away. There were several restaurants within an easy walk.

This villa is utterly beautiful!Fantastic amenities, quiet, private and well kept.Directly opposite a good supermarket but quiet enough not to hear the main road. A short distance from restaurants, a few shops and cafes. The beach is close by with relaxed nightlife.The owner and property manager were super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Comfy beds, lovely outdoor area good dining and kitchen facilities too. This property is highly recommended, especially for families... we've had the perfect holiday here and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a great location and home. The bedding was very comfortable!It was just a short walk from the little town, which had restaurants, a food store and the beach. I highly recommend Julia’s, the clams were fantastic!

An Absolute Gem in Olhos de ÁguaFinding the perfect holiday villa can be tricky, but this place is a fantastic find that exceeded every single expectation. It is fully equipped with everything you could ever possibly need for a relaxing, hassle-free holiday.A massive thank you to Angelo, the villa manager, who helped make our stay perfect . He is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful—absolutely nothing was too much trouble for him, and his hospitality made us feel very welcome.The highlight of the property has to be the incredible guitar-shaped swimming pool. Not only does it look amazing in person, but it was also a joy to spend our afternoons swimming and lounging beside it.The location couldn't be better. You are just a short, easy 5- to 10-minute walk away from two beautiful beaches, as well as the main hub of local restaurants, cafes, and shops. You get the peace and privacy of a secluded villa with all the convenience of the town right at your doorstep.We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommended it.

We stayed here for 12 days . The villa was in brilliant condition and in a great location. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back . Angelo and Ron were always available to help if they were needed . Great villa and totally recommend it .

Beautiful villa in a perfect location. Supermarket literally across the road. So quiet considering there is a main road not far away. Nothing is too much trouble for them to help with. Kids loved the pool & so did we. Would highly recommend and book again!

Albufeira quiet chill space

House was well appointed and very clean. Spacious rooms as shown in listing. Supermarket within very short walking distance. Pool time was ideal and a great way to end the days treks. Close enough to Old Town Albufeira but far enough away from the rowdy night life. Highly recommend this place for family time

We were a family of 8, and we couldn't fault the villa at all. Communication with the host and the manager was spot on. Nothing was too much trouble, If we needed anything or issues sorting all were carried out in a timely manner. The villa was spotless, had everything you needed. The supermarket was 1 minute walk away, just down a few steps and over the road. There was also a local inside market with butchers, fishmongers bakery and grocer with fruit and veg. There was numerous restaurants and bars nearby as well, nothing loud, just perfect for a few drinks. New York bar was just up the road from the supermarket, that played sport and the world cup. The beach was small but ideal and there are a few restaurants and bars there too, that was 10-15 minute walk away. The guitar pool was perfect for our family and 4 year old grandson. Would highly recommend this villa if you want a relaxing holiday with just a few bars and restaurants nearby. You can also get a bus or taxi into nearby Vilamoura or Albufeira. Every thing was just perfect. We all had the best time.
