This is the cleanest most beautiful VRBO! The hosts were so sweet to work with and even refunded us our pet fee since our little dog passed away just before we came to stay so we’ll definitely be back plus it is within walking distance of restaurants & shops near the ocean and was a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to I-5 and a. Wry comfortable bed!

Wonderful Stay!

First off.... the most comfortable bed I've ever had in a VRBO! Perfect location, super responsive and helpful host. I extended my stay because I loved it there so much! It's a small space but well laid out and very cozy. Huge bathroom and closet, full size fridge, comfortable couch, cute front patio, and dog friendly! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! :)

Great Spot

The property is in a very quiet, safe & central location. Unit was exactly as advertised. Furnishings and accessories were all top notch. Perfect size space for a 30-day stay. We felt right at home in the Catalina suite. Zach & Debra were great hosts.

Grandbaby watch

We stayed for 5 weeks, while awaiting our first grandbaby to arrive, as well as for staying after she arrived to help out. This was such a lovely place to call 'home' during this time. Gave us the opportunity to be with the baby quickly, as well as our own space. Really a wonderful place!

We absolutely loved our stay at this bungalow in Dana Point! The space was beautifully and tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and although the bungalow is compact, there was surprisingly plenty of storage space.We really appreciated the attention to detail. Everything we needed was provided, and the household items were good quality—from the pots and pans, plates, and glasses to the little things like a strainer, scissors, and even an ice cream spoon! The large refrigerator / freezer with an outside water dispenser, and ice maker were also wonderful conveniences. The air conditioning kept the bungalow comfortably cool during our August stay.The bungalow was also very quiet, and we loved having the private patio in front. Parking right in front of the building was another big plus. The location was excellent—less than a 10-minute walk to PCH and the Lantern District, with its many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops.Debra and Zach were wonderful hosts—very friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond whenever we had a question. Their prompt communication made our stay even more enjoyable and worry-free.Dana Point is such a lovely little city, and this bungalow was a wonderful home base for enjoying everything the area has to offer. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Excellent experience

While my stay at the Catalina happen to coincide with the pandemic, it was a great place to be. This was my first time using Vrbo. I was so happy when I entered the Catalina. It was exactly as pictured. I had sold my home and was at the Catalina while I looked for a new one. Debra and Zach were amazing hosts. The WiFi went out and they were extremely responsive and addressed the issue quickly so I was able to continue working from “home”. They also allowed me to have my dog with me and she loved it there. From being to walk down to the coast or just being able to sun herself on the patio. Highly recommend and hope to be able to go back and enjoy it when everything opens back up again. Crista

I am a retired very active 81 year oold man who loved staying in Debra and Zack's beautiful condo.

I Couldn't have found a condo in a better location... in is in the heart of Dana Pt, close to the harbor, the beach, and some of my favorite area retaurants. Debra and Zack, the property owners, are a delightful couple. In summary... a wonderful experience.

Beautiful property

My mother and I were here for January until March and couldn’t have been more happy with our stay. It was a great location, the property was beautiful, clean and so much more. The customer service with the owners was amazing, very nice people who care about their guest and providing excellent customer service. One of the best places we’ve stayed in our travels. Thank you Debra ans Zach for making this stay exceptional!

Great place to stay in the Lantern District

Beautiful and comfortable

This studio is beautiful and very comfortable. The colors are soothing and peaceful. It has everything you could possibly need to make your stay perfect. The hosts were available immediately when I had a question. I would definitely stay there again.

Cozy, upscale cottage

We really enjoyed our stay in Dana Point. From the moment we arrived and saw the top-of-the-line finishes/decor, it was obvious the hosts have exquisite taste. Lovely

Deb and Zach were wonderful hosts!!! Their property is beautifully cared for both inside and outside. They have gone the extra mile making their units well equipped with high end finishings. We stayed for a month and were extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. It was an easy walk to Dana Point Harbor, Strand Beach and good dining. On Saturday’s there is a farmers market within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Best VRBO Rental I Have Rented in the U.S.

This property is well maintained and beautifully designed and furnished. The owners are highly responsive, even when traveling out of the country, during my stay. The location is perfect with a park around the corner in the event you are traveling with your fur baby and several restaurants, coffee shops, etc. are a short walking distance. While there are shared walls, I did not hear the tenants in the unit next to me which is a big plus. Thank you Debra and Zach.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The property was very nice and the location is perfect if yuu want to be close to the ocean and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property and will use again.

Didn't want to leave!

I can't say enough about how perfect this place is! The decor and furnishings are first class, towels are luxurious, the bed is heavenly and for a small space, the closet was bigger than I needed for a three month stay. I stayed with my pup who loved walking the area and greeting his regular friends every day. The location is close to all things great in Dana Point, but is very quiet. Don't hesitate to book your stay here.

LOVE!!!!

I feel very fortunate to have found this outstanding rental in a prime location at Dana Point! The unit is in pristine shape and has all the amenities that anyone can want. The location is safe and walking distance to beaches, restaurants, gyms and anything else your heart desires. The property owners, Debrah and Zach, are top notch. A 10 out of 10 all around. I can’t wait to return!!! :-p

I spent a lovely 3 months at this rental with my dog Sailor..The owner designed and its perfect and comfy..from the soaking tub to the outdoor seating and location. You wont be dissapointed!

Absolutely AMAZING condo in the best part of town!

My husband and I stayed at the Catalina last month and had a fabulous time! Debra & Zach were always available whenever we needed assistance and made us feel right at home! Beautiful front porch to sit and relax with a cup of coffee! Wonderfully decorated interior made you feel like you were staying at a resort and a very spacious bathroom! We walked EVERYWHERE as this location cant be beat! Looking forward to our next stay already!

Beautiful Stay In A Quiet Neighborhood

My Husband and I traveled to Dana Point to do contract Photography work in the area and found this beautiful "Catalina". The place was very clean, comfortable and bright. The bathroom was huge with double sinks. It was located close to Coffee, Restaurants, and just two blocks from the weekly Farmers Market in a very nice quiet neighborhood. We absolutely loved our stay! Dee & her husband had great communication with us and made sure we had everything we could possibly need for our stay. We highly recommend this location to other travelers. Thank you again!!!
