Great location and rental. No issues with check-in and the host answered all our questions. Personally could use a few items refreshed like coffee maker and coffee cups and main level TV to allow for streaming service sign-in. The two queen beds are quite stiff, just fyi only not a huge deal. Overall great experience, would definitely consider this rental for future vacations.

It was clean, decreption was accurate, easy check in, good communication from the host. There were no additional items there like spices, sugar, shampoo, etc. It was the bare minimum for pots and pans, and coffee pot. And while everything was functional it was certainly cheap. Tub upstairs was cracked. Mattresses were also hard. All that said, I would still rent again for the price and location.

This condo is well appointed. The lake view is great. Proximity to garden city center, restaurants, beaches is really good. This is great for a family vacation

The property was easy to find and very clean when we arrived. It was secluded enough away from the hustle and bustle, but also close enough to all the conveniences. The view from the back of the property of the lake was gorgeous!

Ohio and Idaho

Great property with lovely view of Bear Lake from the backyard and Master suite. The location of the condo is nice with just a short drive to restaurants and beaches. We had a wonderful stay.

The kitchen was not adequately stocked to cook anything. The owners/managers could do an inventory of the pans and lids and baking dishes. There was no basic salt and pepper. Just random spices people had left behind. The top right burner on the stove does not work. The master bath tub does not hold water. The main TV downstairs does not have Netflix or any options leaving us with minimal entertainment TV wise. The location was lovely, the carpet was AMAZING. The size of the condo was perfect.

Nice location. Comfortable bed. But it all needs updating, The towels were new but there were no face cloths provided :(

Raspberry Days 2024

We enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room and the property was very comfortable. The pool area was a nice area, very enjoyable and clean. The AC worked well...if you were in the lower level. The upper level got very warm even after leaving all windows, blinds, and curtains shut and all vents were open. Other than that, it is a nice property. Lots of stairs which wasn't a burden for us, but we did notice a few senior guests who were struggling. Other members of our family stayed in a unit right behind ours and it was large and accommodated them well. The area is very nice.

Perfect for our needs!

This is the perfect property for smaller groups of people! We had 2 couples and a infant and was very nice and clean! The property is up on a hill so you need to drive to most of the things you are doing. If you have a trailer you have to park the trailer parking is down below at the harbor village trailer parking area. There is only 1 spot you could park a trailer close to the property. Place is a very nice little condo and does have 2 stalls right out front to park automobile's. All and all very nice place with great views of the lake.

Gorgeous View

We loved sitting outside and and enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. The location was quiet, parking was easy and well marked, the beds were clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and an outdoor grill made meals easy, too. There were some minor improvements that could have been made—several missing light bulbs and the place needed dusting. But overall it was terrific and we would stay there again happily.

Great family vacation

Everything was comfortable and easily located to the lake and pool. We enjoyed the lake view and the friendly atmosphere. Absolutely felt like our home away from home.

Great time

We had a great time at this condo. It was clean and very close to everything we wanted. Natalie was very good to respond to things we needed. We enjoyed the pool and tennis courts and the marina was very close. We would stay here again!

May Stay

Property was great. I forgot to print the lockbox code, and couldn't get internet outside of the residence, either through phone or free internet service, thus I couldn't get in property since I didn't have the access code. I had to wait about 45 minutes for a call back to get access to property. Other than that, the stay was great. We are returning to another property at Bear Lake in July. We are looking forward to that stay. It is also through VRBO
