Relaxing home located on the Mendenhall River. Space for a fun family getaway, or a quiet retreat for a few. This home is newly renovated with lots of space and seclusion. Close to hiking trails, Mendenhall Glacier, Juneau City and Ocean fun! The views are breathtaking. The house sleeps 10 in beds .There is space for gathering in a gourmet kitchen, group dinning and Smart TV.

Host was amazing and the property was stunning. Multiple family members stayed and we loved the extra large room downstairs that fit our little family perfectly. Will come back to Juneau if only to stay here again.

Amazing property! The view was crazy beautiful right on the river! The great room, dining, and kitchen area was so roomy for our big family gathering. We loved seeing bald eagles swoop by and even saw a bear. We loved everything about our stay!

Great location and everything was provided for our family stay. Spacious kitchen, eating area and family room with seating for all. River & mountain view was a highlight. The home is well taken care and owner response was very timely. Everything was beyond what was expected for our family to enjoy our visit to the area. Location is in the middle of the areas we wanted to visit and only a short drive to the city and Douglas island sites. We highly recommend this place for others to try.

We have stayed here before, and love it the second time just as we did the first time! The hosts are over the top accommodating, the place is super homey and just as advertised, We would recommend it to anyone that is interested - it is in the perfect location and is super peaceful - you won't be disappointed!

This home was everything we needed it to be! Plenty of room for our family to spread out - a kitchen that was well-stocked and everything in working order - enough bathrooms for all and just the perfect location to access all parts of Juneau!

Great place

This was the perfect spot for our family to stay for a few days before we left for our fishing trip. Lots of room for the family. The views out the living room windows were amazing! We would definitely stay again!

This house was amazing. The view was incredible. The rooms were cozy and comfortable.

We loved this house! It had plenty of room for our large family. The owners were extremely nice and courteous. We would definitely stay there again

Amazing location!

We were so happy to stay in this beautiful house right on the Mendenhall River! The huge loving room windows made us feel cozy and also part of the scenery. The kids didn't want to leave!

Beautiful Property

Had a fantastic time, the house was well maintained and had everything we needed. The view was amazing, i loved waking up to seeing the river every morning. Would definitely love to stay again!

Great place!

We had a great time at the Juneau River house! Even though the river flooding at an unheard of level we had a wonderful time. The river stayed out of the house so all was great!

Wonderful view of Mendenhall River

This home was perfect for my family gathering. We loved everything about the house, location, amenities, and the little perks of staying here like coffee, fully stocked kitchen! The fire pit overlooking the river was the chefs kiss! We would definitely stay here again. Host was extremely responsive and welcoming.

Beautiful place for our family to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. This house was perfect!

Lara was the best hostess that answered all our questions and helped us the entire week we spent here. We loved that the river was so close and got inspired to do an extra fun excursion of floating it. Everything you need is in this house!!!

Magical!

This is a beautiful magical property right on the Mendenhall River. Plenty of bedrooms for our large family, huge upstairs gathering area/kitchen. Owner was very responsive and had a lot of items to use. Really was ideal for our family and we loved it all!

Plenty of Room and Lots to Explore

The house has wonderful views and made a great home base for our multi-generational family trip to Juneau for a week. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space while the large dining room table, outdoor fire pit and living room overlooking the river encourage gathering together. A wonderful place to explore and connect with family and friends.

Beautiful views

Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home as a family getaway. We had 4 generations stay (12 people ) and there was plenty of room for all. Everything was provided to cook with, including a trager BBQ, and enough dishes for all. We had a great time. Thanks again, Bryan and family

Fantastic place!

We had a party of six, with some being loud snorers, so we needed lots rooms. There was more than enough room for all of us! Lovely location on the river with a fire pit, as well as a really good size big screen tv. Very nicely appointed! We’d stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks!

Great family reunion!

We had a wonderful time in Juneau - we booked this house for a family reunion for my wife and sister-in-law who grew up in Juneau. The location was perfect for our our activities - close to Auke Bay and the Mendenhall Glacier. The views from the deck were stunning. It was everything we wanted for our vacation. The owners were quick in responding with any questions. We all wish we were still there!

Perfect for our family with small kids! The views and access to the river are amazing. It’s very centrally located as well. The children loved the rafters each day and the well stocked books, games, and play space. The house was well stocked and had ample space for storage of food and luggage. Host was very responsive and took great care with the amenities. Coffee pot and an additional Keurig were perfect for our family breakfasts of decaf and full-caf drinkers. This is our 3rd trip to Juneau and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

Loved this House!

Very nice house and views from front and back. Right on the Mendenhall River, the scenery was magnificent. Very clean and comfortable place. Large kitchen with nice appliances and granite counters. Living room has floor to raised ceiling windows with a perfect view of river and mountains. Close to Mendenhall Glacier and not too far from town. Owners were very nice. Definitely recommend this place!
