This adorable cottage has been completely renovated. Its downtown location (just a short walk to the embarcadero), in addition to several unique amenities, make it a very special place! This 2 bedroom (2 Twins & 1 Queen) and 1 bathroom (no tub) home features beautiful landscaping complete with a putting green! In addition, the beautiful backyard features a large terrace with overhead cafe lighting, comfortable furniture, and an outdoor kitchen (barbecue, refrigerator, 2 burners, grill, sink, and granite countertops). There are also many fruiting trees lining the backyard including: Haas Avocado, Mandarin, Orange, Grapefruit, Key Lime and Meyer lemon. Feel free to pick and enjoy during your stay. Inside the home is just as amazing as the outside. The kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, a Jennaire gas range, Samsung refrigerator, granite countertops, and stackable washer/dryer. Includes cable, Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs. The little room off the back deck is a bonus space with TV and fireplace.

- This property is located on a busy street in Morro Bay (Main St).
- The parking at this property is a little tricky and limited to one vehicle maybe two (depending on size). There is no street parking in front.
- This property does not allow pets.
- This property does not allow smoking.
- This property does now allow parties or events.

Morro Bay

The house was very cute and close to everything. I appreciated the warning ahead of time about parking. Parking is tight but that was communicated clearly before our arrival. We did have a plumbing issue but Kelly was quick to respond. A plumber arrived within an hour and the issue was resolved quickly. We did not use the bonus room. It seems like it was being used for storage. the detached bonus room. It seems like maybe it was being used for storage

Great Experience

Great location close to restaurants and some nightlife. Walkable to the beach. Clean, comfortable, and great communication with manager. We really enjoyed the backyard putting green! Will return.

Great location to see Morro Bay!

This was a nice clean place with modern amenities (WiFi, appliances, cable tv) and a fun putting green to enjoy. The best part about this place is that it is just a short walk away to the main area where the restaurants and shops are and a convenient store practically next door. This was a comfortable place to stay with my group of 4. I would definitely look into booking this place again if I come back to Morro Bay.

Memorial Day Weekend 2024

Family get away for the Memorial Day Weekend. Great home with a large backyard. Walking distance to shopping, food and coffee. Even walking distance to the Morro Bay Pier. Street out front was a little busy during the day but quieted down overnight. Driveway is a little tight but should be fine for a regular car. I took my Ford F-250 and would recommend backing into the driveway if taking a larger vehicle. We did not use the BBQ but was a nice sized grill and island. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of bathroom towels. The bedrooms were also well stocked with extra pillows and blankets. We did not stay at the house all that often but all in all a fantastic home and would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

Perfect Location!

My husband and I + our 4 mo old had a great stay here. The house was at the center of town, walking distance from cute coffee shops/restaurants/stores/beach! Kelly was super quick to respond to all of our questions! We would definitely stay here again!

Great home & location!

Loved our stay! House is exactly as described & had all we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s walking distance to Morro Bay & many shops & restaurants. The Owner responded quickly to any communication before & during our trip. I definitely recommend & would love to stay there again!

Great rental to spend a few nights

The living space is big, bedrooms are small, but perfect for sleeping. Many great restaurants plus the bayside restaurants are within a few minutes by foot. If you like to sleep with the windows open it can be noisy. Otherwise traffic is not an issue. There were no pillows available for the backyard furniture - we never wanted to use it but on the pictures they are there. I would recommend the property to others.

Great backyard and location

My family spent a lovely Labor Day weekend at this home. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked, and the outdoor space and kitchen were fantastic. The house is in walking distance to the Embarcadero and downtown area, and although located on a main road, this town gets sleepy in the evenings and nights were peaceful and quiet.

Cozy and comfortable retreat in Morro Bay!

We enjoyed our stay at this unique property that put us in very easy walking distance to the harbor. The backyard was a delightful retreat for our family of 4. The driveway is tricky off a busy road, but we were able to navigate it with our minivan and would happily plan a return visit. Check in was sooth, everything worked as expected and the property was exactly as described. Thanks very much!

Our visit

Loved the house and location but there are a few issues we encountered: (1) The driveway for this property is extremely narrow. Getting in and out, especially out is not only difficult but can be dangerous due to heavy traffic and lack of adequate room. The hill coming up into Morro Bay on Main St makes it difficult to see oncoming traffic. (2) Although we loved the house itself, it was not very clean. Dirty countertops and lots of cob webs and spiders.

Nice vacation rental

Stayed here during our annual trip to Morro bay. Nicely decorated home as shown in VRBO listing. Enjoyed the secluded patio. The location is very close to Embarcadero and Morro rock.

Great house close to everything

A very cute and functional spot near all the spots in Morro Bay. The kitchen was quite nice to work in, and the outdoor space was fantastic. I would definitely recommend it.

Cute house

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. It's in a super convenient location for restaurants, stores and activities Even though the house is small, it didn't feel that way. The large patio extended the living area. Kelly loaned us a table top heater, so we could enjoy sitting out on the patio in the cool weather. We'd definitely love to come return next summer.

Perfect cottage!

Plenty of room to relax and socialize with friends. We enjoyed the beautiful kitchen, the roomy outdoor space. Everything was clean and nicely kept up. I would recommend this to everyone! We enjoyed our visit! An oasis in the middle of the city!

Charming Home in Morro Bay

I almost hate to give this property a proper review because I want it to be available for my next visit. It was fantastic! It’s located just three blocks from the waterfront, a 15 minute walk to the surf beach and within walking distance of anything you’d want to see in town. No car is necessary. The parking is tight but we made it work with our Ford 350 truck. The house was very clean, nicely appointed and incredibly well stocked. The backyard is an oasis. You’d never know you were on a busy street. We enjoyed the deck, outdoor kitchen, the beautiful landscaping and the putting green. The management was super helpful and professional. The only suggestion I have is to invest in a better mattress in the master bedroom. I’d give this property and the manager a 5 star review.

Great Stay in Morro Bay

The house was great and clean and exactly as advertised. It was the perfect location close to wine tasting, the beach, and plenty of hikes. When we were at the house we enjoyed spending most of our time on the back patio. The host was quick to respond to all preliminary questions before the visit and we had no issues/reasons to reach out during the stay. Would definitely recommend.
