Come and fall in love with Beachside Oasis a stunning custom luxury 5 bedroom and 4.5 bathrooms private home located just a minute away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches. It has a fantastic Game Room on the first floor with a Bar, TV, Full Bathroom and Living Space. A Foos Ball Table, Pool Table, Multiple Classic Arcade Games, a 16-foot Shuffle Board, a full-size Electronic Dart Board, and Electronic Basketball. This amazing house also includes a 6-passenger Customized Golf Cart(must agree to house rules posted. Owners phone number is located on house rules posting if you have any questions.) This outstanding home features gorgeous water views, a private heated pool, a rooftop deck with both Gulf AND Bay water views and so much more!
Please take note that we do accept rentals under 7 days but you must message me prior to booking to make sure. Some weeks are Saturday to Saturday only. Also take note that our pool is heated and most of the island is electric not gas. That means we all have heat pumps that need air temperatures above 55 degrees to properly function. Thank goodness it's not normally below 55 degrees on the island. You will have a great vacation on our beautiful island!

Never move furniture to another room. It is very expensive to hire people to move furniture back. You will be charged if furniture is moved.

Relaxing

We had a great relaxing stay and enjoyed all the space for our extended family. The adult children loved the downstairs. The proximity to the beach was great and the management company was attentive.

Anna Maria Island Family Vaca

The house fit all 14 of us perfectly! Beautiful home with games in the basement to keep the kids entertained! The walk to the beach was only about 3 minutes which worked out perfectly for us!

Yellow beach house

The house was very nice and clean. The house was in walking distance to the beach and my kids were very entertained during the hurricane. The golf cart was also very helpful to get to the shops.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a family vacation here for a week with 3 kids, 3 teens, and 6 adults. The home was in great shape and we all were very comfortable, feeling like we all had our own space. Pool and amenities were wonderful and it was a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend!

Something for everyone

This house has a little bit for everyone. The ground floor is a kids paradise. The game room is ideal when the weather is bad or just need a break from the sun. The pool and patio/balcony space was perfect for relaxing. Bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and just steps away from the public beach access. The golf cart was an added bonus that everyone enjoyed.

Paradise

House is beautiful and convenient to everything! Well equipped and plenty of room for our family of 9 with room to spare. Property manager stayed in contact with us and made check in and check out process very easy. Golf cart was definitely a plus getting our beach chairs and tent to the beach! Would HIGHLY recommend for a very relaxing and fun beach trip! House is stocked very well with beach towels and chairs! Love this location!!!

Great Stay!

We were really impressed with everything the house had to offer. We would stay there again. The walk to the beach was easy and short. The games and pool on property provided plenty of enjoyment. The kitchen was great. Only Suggestion would be labeling the light switches because we couldn’t remember which one belong to which light! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Very Impressed

This house was beautiful! Minor issue with a sink, which was handled by the management company quickly. Clean, spacious and the pool area and game rooms were very popular among the kids! Location was wonderful, within a short distance to many amazing restaurants! The golf cart was a blessing, and very convenient! Would be more than happy to return to this home, we thoroughly enjoyed our week :)

Fun family trip to AMI

Our stay was fantastic. We haven’t stopped talking about all the fun we had and when we can go back. The place was perfect! Excellent location on the island, close to the beach and grocery store and enough room to accommodate 11 of us. It was truly amazing! We really enjoyed using the golf cart and also rented bikes to get around the island. Would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting AMI.

Very large, very comfortable, amazing location

This house was amazing. It comfortably slept a number of families 15+ with kids and adults. The house is super large, it is clean, well appointed with everything you need. It is a block from the beach and the beach is just so nice. It is also a block from a convenience store for any basics you may need but smart to stop at the super market on the way in (though we drove the golf cart to publix. It is also walkable to a number of restaurants, but the house has a golf cart for easy transit.

Perfect Stay in Paradise!

We loved this house and all of the memories that were made in it. We had 9 adults and 2 small children that stayed and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The beach being across the street is such a major plus. We would spend our mornings there, and then hang out by the house pool in the afternoons when the sun would be there. We did have a hiccup with the pool heater not working for the first few days, but the management company was responsive and it was eventually fixed for us. The kitchen was awesome for hanging out. It was a great intro location for our first time visiting Anna Maria Island!

Rat on property, terrible stay, poor management

This was our second stay, and a very different experience, mostly negative. This particular stay we were contacted upon arrival by a management company (Anna Maria Vacations) with a phone number to text promptly with any issues that needed immediate assistance and/or maintenance. The property is advertised as coming with a golf cart, we were told immediately we were not allowed to use it & it was stored for owner use only. Throughout the week we had breakers flipping and made easy tasks complicated. Lastly, we woke one morning to a very large RAT in the pool, deceased. AMV was contacted immediately and I was told the rodent would be removed and the pool would be serviced and cleaned that day for our use. All day I inquired about an eta for service & was told to be patient, which I was as well as forgiving. Late in the day I was told the issue would not be taken care of until the next day. At that point I contacted the owner who agreed it was terrible however it was too late in the day to do anything. Again, I remained patient however our family was completely disgusted uneasy by the idea of rats on the property. The next morning, a service man was out and left within minutes before we could inquire about a time frame for safe use of the pool. He did not skim, clean any debris (there was a lot from storms). We have photo and text documentation of everything, an apology was never offered. 2 days were lost, we do not recommend staying unless management is changed!

Fabulous Retreat

This house is wonderful and looks just like the pictures. Everything was clean and laid out so that there was plenty of together space but also areas for privacy and individual time. The game area is great and our 14 year old grand child loved the arcade games and so many other games to play. We loved the Spiderman golf to buzz around on the delightful island. The location was just a very short walk to the beach and because it is a narrow spot on the island it did not seem crowded at all. We truly loved our stay there.

Great Beach House

This house was very clean and nicely appointed with tons of room for everyone in our party. We had 10 people staying together and it was perfect for all of us. Highlights were the beautiful kitchen, the pool and the rooftop patio views! Oh and the master shower was massive. Best part was the house was across the street from a gorgeous beach. We also loved Kokonuts beach bar that was in walking distance. We loved every minute of our stay here and would stay again!

Family Bliss

We had an incredible stay. Having a golf cart included with the house came in so handy, transporting all the beach equipment and kids. The game room was amazing for our eight grandchildren and the heated pool was great, especially since the temperatures were a little cooler this year. The outside porches for each bedroom was awesome. We found some new restaurants in the area and are looking forward to next year!

Fun In Paradise!

Great house for vacationing with a larger family! Lots of space to enjoy the outdoors with seating everywhere from every level. Spacious kitchen to prepare gourmet meals with plenty of kitchenware. Large tv for movie night so the little ones can wind down for the night so adults can relax and enjoy a glass of wine watching the sunset from the upper deck. Beautiful pool and also amazing game room and extra perk a 6 passenger golf cart. Great location to beach and Bridge st restaurants and shops.

Fun times at yellow house!

We were a group of 10, including a 6month old and 2 year old. Overall we had a fantastic time - we loved the location of the house which was just a few minutes walk from the beach in a residential area. It was close to a playground for the little ones and a short golf cart ride away from many restaurants, bars, etc. The house itself was great and accommodated us all without feeling like we were on top of each other. The games room was lots of fun - with lots of options to keep everyone occupied. The pool was great but really only got sun for about 2 hours a day due to the palm trees surrounding it. Our weather was cooler so would have liked more sun but I’m sure when it’s very hot, the shade would be welcome. In general the house was clean but baseboards and doors were in need of a good cleaning. Having two little ones, we were on the floor a lot and noticed things that should have been cleaned. This would elevate the house to a 5+ rating in our opinion. There were two coffee makers but one didn’t work as it was missing the basket filter. We called the management company who ordered a replacement how ever it wasn’t the right one so we couldn’t use that coffee machine. The wifi went down for the last day and a half of our stay which wasn’t working by the time we checked out. The management company was very responsive to any issues we brought to them. Overall a fantastic house and we would stay there again.
