Villa Valperal is a magnificent duplex in one of the most sought-after areas of Playa Blanca.

The villa consists of two spacious floors divided as follows:
The upper floor features a bright master bedroom with a double bed, a spacious private full bathroom, and a balcony with views. The second bright bedroom has two comfortable single beds and an adjacent full bathroom.

On the first floor, you’ll find the third bedroom with a double bed and a half-bath. It also features a fully equipped and spacious kitchen, perfect for preparing any of your favorite meals (oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker), and a cozy living room with an adjoining dining area.

Outside, you’ll find a sunny terrace with a year-round heated pool, a covered outdoor dining area ideal for all your daily meals, a Canarian-style garden, an outdoor shower, a portable barbecue, and a laundry area at the back of the house, complete with a patio.
