Your feedback is appreciated as it makes us improve our service. However, I also believe that my review was fair and fully justified. Regarding the cleaning, after your departure our housekeeper found empty baklava boxes with syrup residue wrapped inside the blankets in the wardrobe. She also found pencil shavings under the beds, and the toilet had not been flushed. As a result, the overall condition of the property required almost twice the usual amount of time to clean. There are plenty of photos, time stamped, as proof. My overall rating was not based solely on the condition you left the property. During the first two days of your stay, I received a continuous stream of messages for approximately two hours. This created unnecessary pressure and it was particularly stressful. I would also like to address one point in your review. You stated that you found towels in the garden, which is simply not true. When we asked you to clarify this claim, you told us that you had confused towels with paper napkins, and later said that you actually meant toilet paper in the bathroom bin. For this reason, I believe that this part of your review is inaccurate. Finally, I would kindly ask you to remember that behind every accommodation there are people who work very hard to provide guests with a pleasant holiday experience. Treating the property and people who work there, with respect and consideration for the people is greatly appreciated.
