⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The studio is on the 3rd floor with no lift and the building's staircase is narrow. Carrying large suitcases up takes effort, and access is difficult for older guests or people with reduced mobility.
* At 21 m² (226 sq ft), the studio is compact. The bed is a double sofa bed in the main room and there is little space for large suitcases. It suits one person or a couple for a short stay.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. The studio overlooks an inner courtyard and stays quiet, in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement, a 5-minute walk from Réaumur-Sébastopol metro station (lines 3 and 4), with grocery shops and restaurants right outside the building.

Important information: The Saint-Denis Street, where the apartment is located, was once a hotbed of Parisian prostitution. There are still a few prostitutes in the area, and you may notice vestiges of this history. Today, the area is best known for its lively atmosphere, while remaining a safe neighborhood.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
