"Cavalier Attitude" is a top Quality home on the Peaceful West End, with convenient Beach Access and Fabulous Ocean and Marsh Views! Enjoy two spacious front porches in this beautifully decorated and well equipped vacation rental on Holden Beach. Relax and dine on a screened porch on the back side of the home with clear views of the salt marsh reaching toward the Intracoastal Waterway. This 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home accommodates up to 9 guests, and is just across Ocean Blvd West from convenient beach access. An inverted floor plan places all four bedrooms on the lower level and features a king bed master suite with full bath. Bedroom 2 offers a King bed with french doors leading to a breezy upper deck with pleasing views. Bedroom 3 provides a Queen bed, and bedroom 4 offers 2 XL Twin beds, as well as a single daybed. On the upper level, you will enjoy a wide open floor plan perfect for relaxing and entertaining in the beautiful living, kitchen and dining areas with fantastic light and views all around. Make yourself at home surrounded by great natural light and picturesque views of the marshlands as you prepare for your day at the beach, a night of entertaining or exploring. The home offers smart TV's with high-speed internet for your streaming needs. With fantastic views of the ocean as well as the salt marsh, this home provides just what you've dreamed of for your Coastal North Carolina vacation. You will appreciate the convenience of an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, covered lower level parking. Convenient beach access is just across the street and will lead you quickly to the water's edge with toes in the sand!

Beautiful home. My only concern about the house was the stove. It had only 2 settings… high or low. Very odd. The disposal was broken when we arrived but was fixed while we were there. We had a difficult time with the TV, but we are old and technologically challenged. Other than that, it was clean, well decorated, and comfortable. Loved all the porches and that it was close to beach access. Overall a very nice home.

Holden Spring Break

Long weekend stay with small family and in grandparents (6 total). The house was very nice, clean, and well taken care of. There was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space and the open floor plan upstairs was a great hangout space. The views off the porches are amazing and the public beach access is right across the street. We love the Holden/OIB area and would have no problem visiting this home again for another trip in the future. Thank You!

Enjoyable stay!

This was our first time at Holden Beach and we had a wonderful stay. The walk to the beach access is very short and the beach is wonderful! The island is very laid back and perfect for a family/ group that just wants to spend time together.There is plenty of seating in the family room and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen has almost everything you will need. It would be nice to have a second oven rack. Given that there is not a grill, it can be challenging to cook for a family if items need to be baked when there is only one rack. Overall this was a great property. Check-in and out was easy. We had a cleaning issue with the shower curtain in the master bathroom upon arrival and contacted the management company on Monday. The woman that we spoke to forgot to handle it and when I finally reached out to her again on Thursday, she was very sweet and apologetic and took care of it right away. By that time we had been using the outdoor shower when we got back from the beach- which was really great to have and met our needs. I recommend Holden Beach and Cavalier Attitude for a great Atlantic beach vacation!

Perfect family beach house

We spent our annual weeklong beach vacation with our children and grandchildren in this beautiful house. It had a great view of the beach in the front and the marsh behind the house. The huge picture window in the kitchen really gives a nice view of the marsh and wildlife. The house is also very conveniently located to a nearby beach access. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and very user friendly. My family enjoyed the couches in the living area to sit and relax. Would like to return to this house for another family vacation!

Great beach community home!

Wonderful property with very close beach access. Great views from the front windows and multi-level decks, as well as the kitchen picture window and rear screened porch.

House was at great location. Very close to beach access.

Process for renting was very clear. Wish the kitchen dishes, silverware and cooking utensils were clean. Unfortunately we found too many dirty. Trash can could be used in the upstairs bathroom.

Nice Vacation

Enjoyed our stay at Cavalier Attitude! Wasn’t as clean as we thought it should be. Still sandy carpet and dead bugs under the beds. But a great house! Close to the beach and love the floor plan and casual decor!
