Lacovia unit 47 Grand Cayman

Wonderful location! We took five teenagers and it was a perfect condo. Plenty of room and the owner is close by so if you have any questions or issues he's right there. Highly recommend this place!!!!

great vacation!

Stayed at the property with my family of 6 and there was plenty of room for us all. We were met and given a quick, friendly tour of the condo and how to reach anyone if we had problems (which we had zero!). I cooked every night for my family and the kitchen was stocked with more than enough to cook meals. The local grocery is within walking distance, but if you get a week's worth of food and drinks you will need a taxi to haul it all back. The ride back cost us $7 plus tip. there are several places to eat within walking distance if you don't want to cook. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean and the showers were nice and had water pressure. The balcony had seats for several and even provided drying rack for swimsuits. The beach was a super short walk and beautiful. the sand was white and soft. water clear and chairs were always available no matter what time of day we went down. We had a great time and would stay here again.

All Expectations Met

Our family of five were very comfortable staying at Lacovia in the heart of Seven Mile Beach. The unit was spacious, clean, and accommodating. The location meant walking to some of our favorite restaurants and shops an easy outing. This also gave our children (3 teens) more freedom to adventure out to Caymana Bay to carry out their Gelato & Co addiction. ;) The beach in front of Lacovia was expansive and well taken care of. Guests had plenty of room to spread out and set up shop for the day. Management and Condo help were quick to respond to questions, and were very friendly and accommodating. This was our 9th stay on Seven Mile Beach, and our new favorite for location and accommodation. The Cayman Island magic is always calling on us to visit, we know we will be back soon.

Great place to stay

Thus is a great place to stay when visiting Grand Cayman. The beach is amazing and not overly crowded! There are many choices for food nearby, within walking distance. I will definitely be back at some point.

The property is as beautiful as pictured and the location couldn't be better. LOTS of great restaurants are within walking distance and the beach is spectacular !!! Trevor was a wonderful and attentive host and we would HIGHLY recommend his home for you stay in Cayman

Perfect location on Seven smile Beach!

We had a great time with the family in this beautiful home. We were close to everything we needed. The beach is the deepest here compared to any other spot on Seven Mile Beach, including the hotels, and was quiet and comfortable. Chairs and umbrellas were always available. A slice of heaven. Unfortunately kids got sick, but medical system was easily accessible and as good or better then in the US. Trevor was very helpful throughout the stay. Can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic!

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation at Lacovia. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of 5, and much better than staying at a hotel (their beaches were packed!). The private beach is amazing - we were so happy to be away from the crowds and be able to relax. The staff at Lacovia were so nice and friendly and always helpful. The location can not be beat - easy walk to restaurants and grocery store - and 7 mile beach is spectacular. We had a terrific time in Grand Cayman and we appreciate Trevor's hospitality very much. We would highly recommend!

Lovely place

The condo was furnished both beautifully and comfortably. It was steps to the beautiful beach and close to many fun places. Trevor was always so quick to respond to any of our questions. He gave us much valuable information. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Our first trip to Grand Cayman was awesome.

We loved it! Best beach location on Grand Cayman! Looking forward to our next stay!

Lacovia is a hidden gem. It’s the best location on Grand Cayman. Only a few steps to the breathtaking beach and multiple restaurants are within walking distance. The condo’s kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans to cook a meal. The bath towels were luxurious, I’m looking to order some for home. There was more than enough room for our party of 7. Trevor was very welcoming and helpful. He was responsive and great to work with. My only suggestion would be to find a way to make the 2 queen beds less squeaky. Maybe mattress toppers would help. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!

This unit did not disappoint. It is beautifully decorated just as showed in the pics. Trevor was always available whenever we had any questions. The condo is steps from a pristine beach that was never crowded. The beds are very comfortable the water pressure in the shower was top notch. The unit is within walking distance of several shops, restaurants and a super market. I am already making plans to visit again in the near future. Thanks again to Trevor for making our girls vacation memorable.

Great place

Beautifully decorated very spacious condo right on 7 mile beach but out of the cruise ship traffic. Lacovia even had someone raking the sand every day just to smooth it out. (There was no sea grass to rake.) The owner was very professional and available. The condo had all the amenities we could want. Great place for sure!

Lacovia

Lacovia is truly in the heart of beautiful seven mile beach. I have stayed in many condos at Lacovia and this one is one of the nicest. Recently updated and beautiful inside. The balconies very private in this unit and have views of the sea. Not only was this a beautiful condo, the owner Trevor lives on the island and was always very responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend this condo and renting from Trevor. I hope to go back soon!!

Beautiful, safe and clean

Had a great time at Lacovia. Condos are really nice clean and quiet. Beach is spectacular. The location of the resort on 7 mile beach is perfect. Close to George Town and with in walking distance to restaurants stores and bars. This is my 3rd time in Caymen and this has been the best place I stayed. If you don't like the over crowded hotels, then this is the place to be. Trevor, the owners was fantastic to work with while booking our trip and meeting us at the condo and showing us around. By far the best customer service I have experienced in a while. I would highly recommend Lacovia condos and Trevor. I also hope to come back to Lacovia again in the future.

Property was very clean and comfortable for our group of 8. Furnished with everything we needed. Trevor was very quick to take care of water on floor from air conditioner. Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful, relaxing and centrally located

We enjoyed our stay on the island. Lacovia is close to many fine restaurants. The unit is recently remodeled and shows well. The beach was never crowded and only a few steps the the front door. Would definitely recommend.
