At this time we're only accepting long term rentals (~90+ days)
New Construction home in Maple Grove Minnesota just 25 minutes from Minneapolis and US Bank Stadium.
Our home can easily accommodate 12+ individuals with 4600+ square feet of space with 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a dedicated, private, full bathroom.
Pets can be negotiated. Back yard is completely fenced in.
Home is equipped with several large screen TVs and whole-home audio via Sonos.
Grill is available for use in the spacious back yard.
Fenced in private yard with tons of space available (yard is .7 acres total).
Loaded kitchen upstairs with dining space for 16 (12 @ table and 4 @ bar) and a double oven.
Enjoy two separate living / dining spaces. The lower level has a near-full kitchen that has a full refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, wet bar, and counter-top oven.
The basement also has a workout area with a Tonal workout system, bench, Peloton bike, free weights, and yoga mats and accessories

Hi! We've been in Minnesota for the past ~12 years after relocating from Florida. We've gotten the itch again and are now moving to Duluth! As a result, we've listed our home for rent for long term rentals only.

We built this home because this neighborhood offered a great lot for the home we wanted for our dogs, and it also enabled for solar panels on our roof. There is great access to 94 and 610, just a few minutes to either highway.

This home is very elegant, the high ceilings and large rooms are all still very inviting. No matter where you are, you won't feel claustrophobic (ok, the laundry room could be bigger, but mistakes were made).
