Step into a classic A-Frame in the quiet and peaceful neighborhood of Chamberlands, with access to the HOA amenities! These include tennis, pier, pool and private beach access. A shuttle runs during the summer, every 30 minutes, giving you a quick ride to the action.
With its spacious front deck and large picture windows, this home welcomes abundant natural light into the warm and inviting living area. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen—creating the perfect space to relax by the gas fireplace after a day of Tahoe adventure.
This cozy mountain retreat comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across two bedrooms, a den and loft. The main floor features a king bedroom, while the second floor offers a queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The loft, accessed by ladder, includes four twin beds, making it a fun and comfortable spot for kids or extra guests.
D.L. Bliss, Sugar Pine and Emerald Bay are all just a short drive away and there are hiking trails walking distance away. In the winter you are just minutes to the Homewood Ski Resort, and close to Sherwood Access of Palisades Alpine, or Palisades. The front side of Alpine Meadows and Palisades Tahoe are about 30 minutes away.

PARKING:
Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property ,may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
