reset thanks to the music of crashing waves, uninterrupted ocean views,
and every amenity necessary to ensure an exceptional stay.
This gorgeous two-bedroom, two-bathroom self-catering apartment can
comfortably sleep up to 4 people and boasts outstanding views of the
Atlantic Ocean, which can be appreciated from the living area, the
balcony and the lovely main bedroom.
The main living area has an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen for guests
wanting to whip up a delicious meal, a 6-seater dining area and a
lounge with a flat-screen TV and Netflix, perfect for a relaxing movie
night. Glass sliding doors lead to a furnished balcony complete with a
weber braai, seating for 6, and unbeatable views. There's simply no
better way to enjoy a Cape Town sunset. The main bedroom has a queen
bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, large windows for
plenty of natural light, and balcony access. The second bedroom has a
double bed and access to the shared bathroom fitted with a shower.

atmosphere and several attractions to engage tourists throughout the

For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Beach Estate Boulevard, Big Bay, Cape Town.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
