Thank you for your feedback and for acknowledging the generous size of our Woodhill property 1195635! We were however a little surprised by some of the comments, as no concerns were brought to our attention at any point during your stay. We are always readily available and would have been happy to assist had we heard from you. While the home is not a new construction and is not advertised as such, the interior is consistently maintained and updated as needed, as reflected in the listing photos. All appliances, including the dishwasher and washer/dryer, are inspected and used by our cleaning team during every visit and were fully operational both before and after your stay. We have shared your feedback with our professional cleaning team and would have gladly sent them back during your stay had anything been brought to our attention. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back!
