Our Wellington home is perfect for equestrians, families or those just looking for home away from home while in the area. We don't use the word home lightly - this is our residence when we are in Wellington, so no detail has been overlooked. Complete with comfortable floor plan with renovated kitchen & baths. Details include hi-speed WIFI, smart-home, new washer/dryer and screened patio area w. kid fence - perfect for relaxing poolside, both day & night. Amenities for ALL kid ages from 0 - 18!

Our home is full family friendly with child safety features, super-fast WIFI and more. We’re fully stocked with:

• Linens - high quality bath towels, sheets & pool towels
• Kitchen Supplies - pots, pans, dishes, glassware, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, silverware, spices and more.
• Entertainment - 55” 4K HD television, Netflix, Amazon Prime and cable TV.
• Pool/Patio - Weber grill, plush lounge chairs and table, additional seating/tables and child safety fence.
• Safety - Xfinity home security system, Schlage locks and NEST smoke/CO2 detectors

Guests have full access to our home and are welcome to make it theirs for the duration of their stay.

We've automated our home so that check in and access is quick and easy. No worries if you're running late to check in - a unique code will be created for each guest to come and go as they please. No need to worry about lost keys!

We are only a phone call (or text) away should any questions or concerns come up. Guests have open and easy access to us for any reason.

Our home is located in a small residential community with wide sidewalks, local traffic only (neighbors), and a kids park only two doors away!

We have 2 small children,(under 3), so if you are traveling with little ones, let us know ahead of time and we can probably help with things like booster seats, travel cribs, toys, books, etc. Just ask!

- Please remove shoes in home (especially horse boots!)
- IF the total guests exceed 6 in the home, regardless of ages, guests will be charged an additional $100 per week cleaning fee.
