Welcome to our private oceanfront three-bedroom penthouse, one of only two true three-bedroom penthouses located directly on Playa Norte — widely regarded as one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean.

Within walking distance of Isla Mujeres’ village center, the penthouse offers convenience and privacy in an elevated beachfront setting.

Air Conditioning & Island Climate

• Four individual air-conditioning units: one in each of the three bedrooms and one in the living area.
• Additional portable units provide supplemental cooling.
• The penthouse does not have central air conditioning.
• On particularly hot and humid days, especially in July, August and September, cooling may take longer and temperatures may vary between rooms.

Our equipment is regularly serviced and replaced as needed. For effective cooling, please keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running.

A Note on Island Living

In our tropical island setting, ants and other insects may occasionally be present. To help maintain a comfortable stay, we kindly ask that meals be enjoyed in the dining areas, food be kept sealed and spills be cleared promptly.

Insect spray is provided.

Rooftop Spa

The rooftop spa is outdoors and uncovered. Exposure to wind, rain and cooler seasonal temperatures may affect heat retention and water temperature.
