This newer 4 bedroom, two bath home has been loved and cared for. Designer furnishings and finishes make this an eye-pleasing and comfortable place to call home.

Popular snowbird destination!! Enjoy QUIET and PEACEFUL Arizona City on Private Paradise Lake, close to I-10 and Hwy 8, halfway between Phoenix and Tucson, one exit from the city of Casa Grande.

Relaxation is the name of the game here, with lakefront living, great sunsets and central Arizona location. The BEAUTIFUL home is over 1600 sq feet of open concept floor plan. Relax in the comfortable living room with lake views. Cook your favorites in the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar eating with additional lake view dining room.

The master suite boasts a Tempurpedic king bed, flat screen television, on-suite bath with double sink vanity, large shower and walk-in closets. The first guest room provides comfort with the new King bed, comfy bedding and eye-pleasing furnishings. The second and third guest rooms are furnished with new queen beds and cozy bedding. Additional guests are easily accommodated by the two comfortable twin mattresses available by request. Your guests enjoy a shower/tub combo in the 2nd bath.

The backyard covered patio area has cozy dining table and seating, barbecue, fire pit and peaceful lake and sunset views. Fish from you private backyard dock or enjoy morning coffee on the patio including visits from the geese and ducks. Feed them if you like.

Garage is not for guest use, but ample off street parking is available in driveway area.

Great location and quiet neighborhood

The location of this house is perfect-halfway between Tucson and Phoenix. Relaxing backyard looking out on a peaceful lake. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and appliances.

Fun watching birds and ducks

Appreciated the cleanliness and that's saying a lot for us. My husband had fun catching a fish within the first five minutes of trying, which is something completely unexpected for staying in a desert setting. Also, we met the owners and, wow, what a great family, such kind and loving souls.

Beautiful home!

We spent Christmas week here due to the proximity to my parents house. It was just as beautiful as it looks in the photos, and Sandy was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Overall, the experience was amazing, and we had a wonderful Christmas with family. We would definitely recommend this place, and we will certainly look to rent it again next time we are in Arizona visiting my parents.

Great House!

The property owner was super helpful before and during our stay. House was well stocked with towels, sheets, blankets and kitchenware! Nice having the lake behind the house. Lots of birds and waterfowl hanging out. Super clean throughout the house. I would rent again!

Very Pleasant Stay

Beautiful sunsets and nice view of Lake. Had everything you need for cooking. Although it seemed we ate out a lot at Casa Grande and other nearby towns. Lots to do in Casa Grande and surrounding area. But nice to come home to the quiet little town of Arizona City. Went for walks around the lake in the mornings. Very relaxing and friendly neighbors. Home was very cozy.

Amazing Stay! This house and the hosts are great! Everything was perfectly clean and in excellent shape. The house is plenty big enough and very comfortable with nice furnishings throughout. Beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are very nice as well. There is a nice sitting area in the back with a view of the water. The location was convenient for us, and there is a good Mexican place just 2 minutes away. The host is super responsive, helpful and accommodating to all inquires we had. None of us are smokers, so we also appreciated that the host goes out of their way to make sure the property remains smoke-free for a clean and comfortable stay. We look forward to coming back!

Lovely Home Away From Home

Amazing stay at Arizona City on the lake

our extended stay was very comfortable and the house was set up to meet all the needs of a 2 month stay. We enjoyed exploring the area as it was our first visit. The proximity to both Tucson and Phoenix made for it easy to explore both surrounding areas. The house provided a fully equipped kitchen and the living areas were very comfortable. Really were able to feel at home which was important as this was our first long trip away from home. The outdoor spaces provided plenty of room to enjoy the views and the sunshine. the sunsets were as grand as the picture promised. Sandy was available for questions and gave us information ahead of our stay. we would definitely consider staying again.

Beautiful, clean, spacious home on private lake

This home was amazing and a really great value. Our family of five had plenty of room to each have our own room (could sleep up to 10). The house was very clean and the hosts were so helpful and provided some gifts and even late checkout. They have a dock on a private lake surrounded by homes and palm trees. My kids caught fish and used the paddle boat that is included. There is a fire pit. Great place for sunsets, morning or evening runs and not far from shopping and movies. Highly recommended!
