The first floor, designed like a gallery, offers a wonderful view thanks to the large panoramic windows that stretch from floor to ceiling. From various corners of the house, you can enjoy the unique view of the enchanting landscape, the water, and the colourful bustle of the harbour.

On the open terrace, garden furniture and a barbecue are available, so you can enjoy meals outdoors together.

If the weather is not favourable, an Xbox 360 with games is available in the house.

Even in the winter months, the harbour village of Zerpenschleuse is always worth a visit. After a walk along the frozen lake or through the snow-covered forests, you can warm up in the holiday home in front of the cosy crackling wood-burning stove in the living room. The wellness shower in the spacious bathroom on the ground floor is also perfect for relaxing. Here in the harbour village, you can unwind all year round and truly take a deep breath.
