The rental was very clean and well decorated, the hot tub was clean and ready, and the view was absolutely stunning! Felt like being on top of the world. 10 out of 10 we'll definitely rent again. A little on the expensive side, (with my little experience) but so very worth it. My wife's Birthday weekend was perfect!

Our favorite thing about this place was the hot tub, views from the deck were incredible! Everything inside the condo was exactly as described, clean and had what we needed. We left some clothes in the dryer and didn’t notice until we got home, emailed the owner, she put us in touch with the cleaning crew and our things were in the mail a day later. Did not expect that at all, we thought our things were on their way to goodwill. Communication with the owner was outstanding! Cannot thank her enough for an incredible stay and help with returning our clothes. Thank you!!!

Property was close to everything. A lot of good restaurants nearby. The best part was definitely the view by far. I would say magical for couples.

Great Location On Sugar Mountain

Super comfortable stay! We loved the hot tub and the ability to walk to the ski slopes! The views are incredible!! Would love to stay here again.

This place was fantastic. The pictures don't do it justice....the living room and dining area is extremely spacious, so my family did not feel like we were on top of each other. Communication was great, and the property was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had everything that you could desire for cooking. The hot tub was such a nice treat at the end of the day, also. We were bummed that we had to leave a day early due to an impending ice storm, but that just means that we need to come back again!

Enjoyable Getaway

A lovely condo, great location, and wonderful communication with the owners. It was a very enjoyable getaway for both of us .... and our doggy!

Nice trip

We had a great stay! The weather was not great but we were able to play games and spend a lot of quality time together. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Last minute trip!

Highly recommend this condo! Loved everything about it…especially the amazing view from the back deck. Owner is very quick to reply and easy to communicate with. Hope to stay there again soon!

Great Stay

Property is beautiful; spacious condo. Very quiet. Walking distance to the top of Sugar Mountain; many nice touches and amenities. Great mattresses and plenty of extra blankets/pillows.

Holiday ski trip

Great trip! The condo was perfect with the hot tub a big bonus. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The new year's gift basket was an extra treat. We would stay here again any time.

Gorgeous Views!

Perfect space and cozy fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. We loved the crib for our son and all the kid amenities. It made our stay extra easy and relaxing. We would highly recommend this very clean and cozy condo! Great location for skiing too!

Great getaway

Weekend getaway after Thanksgiving. The view from the deck was amazing. We even had a little snow and very cold but the condo was warm and cozy. Had to Contact the owner about a simple matter and they responded promptly. We would stay here again.

Always consistently wonderful

I’ve lost count how many times we’ve stayed in this condo at Sugar Mountain Reserve - it’s our home away from home at this point! Great communication with the owners if ever the need!

Loved this place

We really enjoyed our time together. The cooking pots and pans didn’t match the otherwise excellent quality of our experience. But that is a small concern. We would stay here again!

Perfect family holiday

Our family of 6 spent 5 days together snowboarding, hot tubing, playing games, cooking and eating in this lovely fully stocked condo. The owners were always quickly responsive and made sure that no questions are concerns were left unanswered. Thank you for this rejuvenating vacation! Waking up to the view from the place has been truly appreciated.

Stunningly beautiful views, comfy beds, and a wonderful kitchen to cook!

They really provide small things to make your stay everything it can be. We cooked a Thanksgiving meal here and were very impressed by all the casserole dishes, Tupperware, glassware, and random items we used like a blender, peeler, etc. A very cozy place to unplug and we were thrilled to be able to bring our dog. The hot tub is really the way to end a day of hiking/sightseeing/skiing--and WHAT A VIEW!

Mountain Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Summit Lodge. The views are absolutely stunning! The property had everything we needed for a restful time away from work and school. Our two dogs loved it, too! We visited Linville Falls and Grandfather Mountain and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We hope to return again!

Happiness

We've stayed here multiple times and it never disappoints. Master King bed very comfortable; this unit stands alone and has it's own little parking area, which is flat and has no cars coming by which we really like! Has all the comforts of home with a view that is pure heaven. We will continue to come back :)
