A separate entrance leading into a unique patio with sitting corner and a large sofa-bed converted into a comfortable double bed (1.4x2.00m). Large and luxurious living room with sofas. Bedroom with a double bed 1.6x2.00m. Bathroom with all necessities. Well equipped with brand new facilities: Air Conditioning (cooling and heating), Smart LG TV (43"), Fast Internet/WiFi. Kichenette equipped with mini fridge, Microwave, Nespresso machine with capsules. Toaster, Kettle. Beautiful relaxing patio that turns into a cozy sleeping place (fully air-conditioned and blackouts for convenience). Suitable for a couple + up to 2 more adults or 2-3 children.
