**The Owl House: Your Comfy Retreat**

Welcome to The Owl House, where comfort meets spacious living! This charming home features four distinct conversational areas: a Dining Room, an Office Area, a Living Room, and a spacious outdoor concrete deck. Everyone can gather in the Living Room to watch movies on the big screen TV while lounging on the roomy couch and ottomans.

**Please Note:**
- This is a quiet neighborhood, so NO PARTIES are allowed.
- All outdoor activities should conclude by 10 PM EST to keep our neighbors happy.

**Accommodations:**
- Five bedrooms, each equipped with its own TV
- Three Queen beds and four Twin beds, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests
- A fully stocked kitchen
- Two fireplaces for cozy gatherings

Great Property

Check in was easy and the owner is very good at responding and communicating. Super stocked kitchen with everything you need and great areas to hang out with living room and patio. Grocery store right down the street and a fantastic BBQ place less than 5 min away.

Wedding

We had family coming in from 3 different states and did not want to be in separate hotel rooms, but we also did not want to be crowded into one little house. There was plenty of room for our group of 12, and everything we could need to make our stay comfortable was provided. The owner was very helpful and always readily replied to any questions or issues we had during our stay. We will definitely stay here again if and when we're in the area.

Fantastic Stay with Church Youth Group

I brought a group of 7 teenage boys from my church for a youth trip in Atlanta for 3 days. I could not have been happier with the accommodations or stay. The renter was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was exactly what it looks like, and the accommodations met our needs perfectly. Our stay at Owl House

The house was close to Cobb Galleria making it easy access to the Blade Show daily. It is in a great neighborhood. Owl house had all of the necessities and then some. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances, dishes and pans. The house was very clean. The back deck was enjoyed by all. Plenty of table space and seating. I spoke with Tom once on the phone and he was very nice and easy to contact. Owl House had a calm vibe. We enjoyed our stay and we will rebook in the future.

Nothing Fancy-Large Crowd Pleaser

No surprises, had looked the place over on line, Bedrooms were furnished with bedding, plenty of towels for our party of 7. Everything we needed in kitchen, Blackstone for cooking. Could use a little painting, but we were fine. we were there to enjoy family from England & Scotland, Braves, Coke Museum. Kitchen lights went out on Sunday, Todd made sure we had sufficient lighting. I highly recommend for family or group looking for a large den & private area to escape the crowd, having no carpet was a plus. Full baths dis have small shower, BUT plenty of hot water.

Exactly as advertised !

Our family had a wedding in the area and it was everything that we needed. Our group included 6 adults and 3 children and we had plenty of room for all of us. My elderly mother doesn't climb steps very well and the bedroom and bathroom on the main living area was perfect for her. The house was completely stocked with anything we could have possibly needed. Plenty of towels , blankets and pillows, laundry baskets. The house was exactly as the pictures show. No surprises. Todd was very attentive to all my needs. The house is located in a very quite neighborhood and close drive to the airport . I almost forgot my favorite was a huge dining room table where the family played card games every night. Our family made some fun memories in that house. Thank you so much Todd!

Convenient location!

Overall this property suited our friends and family well as a meet up spot to use as a base hub. The property was super convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and our main attractions~Truist Park to watch the Braves and the Georgia Aquarium. It had enough space for all of us (7 adults and 5 kids-12 and under). We didn’t feel crowded at all, with plenty of room for everyone on the sectional and loft space. The outdoor patio was perfect for our morning coffee. The only snag we encountered was due to cleanliness-which we didn’t notice until tidying up at check out. I’m not sure if the clean up hadn’t happened before we arrived or just wasn’t as thorough as it should have been, but there was a used condom left in the floor under the edge of one of the beds, and it’s wrapper and used rag sitting in the closet. Had we seen this when we checked in, I probably would have had a different impression of the cleanliness of the property. Thankfully we only noticed it toward the end, because we really did enjoy ourselves and were glad for all the kitchen appliances that made our stay easier, and the host’s quick responses to any question we had.

Great family Christmas stay

Our time at the “Owl House” was very enjoyable and made for a great family holiday celebration. We loved the huge living room space with the huge fireplace. It provided plenty of room for the entire family to spread out and enjoy the holiday. We even moved a chair to the loft area to maximize the space and allow for social distancing. The Dining Room also provide a great space for us to enjoy family meals, and we made great use of the grill. We were curious about the plastic spiders in the window behind the shutters in the living space. It creeped out a couple in the party. We struggled to find enough forks for family meals as there were only 7 in the silverware drawer, and there weren’t any large knives to cut bread or prepare meat. The water pressure was a bit of a struggle as at times there was only a trickle of water in the shower. We ended up using an air mattress in the loft area for one of our beds. We were not expecting that 2 of the 12 beds listed in the listing were actually the couch in the living area. In all, we really enjoyed our stay and we’re very grateful for you hospitality. If we are back in the area again, we will consider another stay at the “Owl House”.

Spacious house close to all the Atlanta sites

This is a lovely house with a nice yard and outdoor deck that can comfortably accommodate multiple families. We had four adults and four children and still had a spare bedroom. Additionally, this house is a short drive from just about any sites and entertainment options that Atlanta has to offer.

Home Away From Home

I had a group of friends come to town to celebrate my 40th birthday. The house had the perfect setup for us all to be comfortable. The host (Todd) was great! We had a minor issue and he was extremely prompt with his response. The home is kid friendly with plenty of games. The loft made me feel like a kid again. My guests felt like it was a home away from home and are looking to come back and rent the home again!
