The property had recently been mowed and grass clippings were more then normal due to the large amounts of rain. We have already contacted our landscaping team to ensure the area is properly cleaned and maintained. Regarding the water, we understand the sulfur odor was an unpleasant part of your stay, and we sincerely apologize. The home is on city water, and after a lengthy troubleshooting process, we were able to identify and resolve the source of the odor. We're sorry this issue impacted your visit and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We also take your comments about the worms and scorpions seriously. While the home is professionally treated for pests on a regular schedule, it is located in a rural area where insects and scorpions can occasionally make their way inside especially with all the rain or hot weather. We have scheduled an additional pest inspection and treatment in response to your feedback. We appreciate your kind comments about the home's size and layout, and we regret that these issues affected your stay and caused you to leave early. So sorry Sammy to hear you had some issues. If any silverware escaped the cleaning inspection, I do apologize. I opened the blinds the morning of your stay, and pulled them up half way. I must have done something to them when doing so. My bad. I'll get that fixed immediately! Because many people have sensitivities, I do not use fabric softener, or scented detergents, so the towels may have smelled different than you're used to, but I assure you they were clean. I washed them all myself just a few days before your stay. Since you spotted a stain, I will definately do a complete inspection, and make sure they are all in tip top shape. I'm glad you liked the livestock. Hope you got to see all the adorable baby cows. Too bad it was raining, and you did'nt get to experience a sunset and the night sky. It is indeed gorgeous, and I think it would have made your stay a bit more enjoyable. Thank you for your feedback, I truly do appreciate it, and hope you will come back again.
