Lovely house for friend group

The house was just as described. The living room and outside porch provided a cozy place for us to hang out, and all the bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms clean. Thank you!

Great location

Wonderful family time together. Easy walk to the beach, boardwalk and main attractions. The large covered front porch is wonderful for relaxing and dining alfresco.

Family Reunion

This house was large and roomy, which is just what we needed. The porch was what sold us on the place - plenty of comfy seating and a HUGE dining table for outdoor meals.

Nice Property in Prime Location

Very nice house in a good location. Great access to shops on Asbury, boardwalk, groceries and beach. Good amenities including beach tags which was really nice. Our favorite part was the spacious front deck that serves as an outdoor living area. We had a great time!

The home was perfect for our family. It was clean and at the perfect location. The owner was responsive and so helpful. We really enjoyed the front porch and spent a lot of time together out there. We can’t wait to go back!!

Fabulous Rental!

Ideal beach rental. The spacious, open-concept makes spending time with family/friends easy and fun. Super clean, with eye pleasing, updated decor. Can't beat the location. Just a couple blocks from the beach/boardwalk, with shops on Asbury and Acme grocery just a 2 block walk. Owner is super friendly and answered all our questions quickly. We will definitely be booking this rental again next year!!

Great location!

Good house with a great location in OC. Had a lot of fun with a group of friends here for a wedding. Note that you need to bring your own towels and sheets - haven’t encountered this before so we had to run out and buy some when we got in.

Beautiful home close to the action

Gorgeous property, well-maintained and extremely clean. Easy walking distance to shops, boardwalk, and beach. Beach chairs are even provided! We spent a lot of time enjoying the covered front porch.

Everything we needed!

My friends and I were super excited when we found this house and were not disappointed. The kitchen was fully stocked with blenders, coffee machines (yes!!), and there were grills that we used for a cookout. The house was super clean and well maintained and the proximity to restaurants and the boardwalk was super ideal. The property manager was a great communicator and we are super excited to return. :)

Amazing property!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. We spent most of our evenings on the beautiful front porch playing games and reminiscing. The place is very spacious with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for food preparation and even has two different types of coffee pots. The property was thoroughly cleaned and well maintained. You can walk to everything. Including the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, downtown shopping, grocery store, etc. There is no need to drive anywhere. Already looking forward to booking next years vacation.

Great updated place to stay in a great location!

Julia was great in accommodating us for a short notice event we had planned on the beach! Great communication and prompt response with any questions. The property was clean and as the photos disclosed on the website. The outside sitting area was great to enjoy being outside and the dining/kitchen area was very open which was perfect. Quiet spot a couple blocks away from the beach, pizza, Boardwalk, and very easy access on/off the island. Would highly recommend if looking to accommodate larger family or couples retreat!

Lovely brand new home in a fabulous location!

Wow! We had such an enjoyable, relaxing stay at this beautiful new home located smack dab in a part of town with restaurants, coffee shops and the board walk all within walking distance. We really enjoyed the well appointed kitchen and even whipped up a fresh batch of chocolate chip cookies one night while watching tv. This place was spotless! The elevator made taking our belongings in and out so easy :). Lucky for us we even got to see the dolphins one day. Great place to stay in down town OCNJ!
