CLOSE TO GREAT SHOPPING, ATTRACTIONS, MIAMI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, BEAUTIFUL BEACHES AND PARKS, AND SO MUCH MORE.Clean & beautifully furnished 3 bedroom comfortable fully equipped townhome. Brand new kitchen and laundry appliances. Close to great shopping, attractions, Miami International Airport, beautiful beaches and parks, and so much more. This property is perfect for a family oriented vacation. We love to have guests that treat our home with respect and care and give it back to us the way we give it to you when you arrive.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE OR PATIO AREAS. A fee of $250 or the cost to remove the damage will be charged if smoke damage is evident.

Lovely house & very accomodating host

We were looking a convenient base out of Miami for kid’s winter break. Gina’s place checked all the boxes. The place is clean and perfect for a family vacation stay.

The house was super clean and accomodating. It was very convenient to spend the day in the Everglades. We had a lovely weekend and really appreciate the host responding to any questions we had. It was a little cold the two nights we stayed, and she was very responsive when we reached out. The house was plenty of room for 6 guests and the back patio is a cute place to hang out as well. Thank you for having us!

Lovely stay

This property is clean, spacious and modern with every convenience you would need. It's very handy for The Everglades and good to have the communal pools available close by. The owner Gina, is very responsive and helpful.

Lovely place close to main Miami activities

Very lovely and relaxing place where you instantly feel at home and have everything you need! Well located for visiting Miami and activities on the Everglades. And last but not least the host very welcoming and responsive if you have any question, highly appreciated!

Great base camp for a family visit to Miami, Biscayne NP, Everglades NP, and the Keys

The house was perfect for a spring break trip for our family of 4 to visit Miami, Biscayne NP, Everglades NP, and the Keys. We were able to get to all of these locations easily and also found the stores we needed nearby. The house had everything we needed, it was comfortable and quiet, and Gina was a great host...very hospitable and responsive.

A nice place to stay

We were in town for the weekend and needed a place to shower and sleep. The house was clean and stocked with many of the items you want for a short stay, such as some misc. kitchen and laundry supplies. I would book again if I was in the area.

Exactly as advertised, friendly & accommodating host

The host let us check in a bit early, which really helped especially since my senior parents had arrived at noon. The home was clean and comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, everything we needed on hand. I would absolutely recommend!

Perfect location near Miami

We stayed at this property and use it as a central location yo the Everglades, Biscayne bay, Key west, and a number of Miami area attractions. Gina was wonderful at communicating and helped us with anything we needed.

Well appointed property

We stayed here for a week while visiting family in the area. It was a perfectly located rental for us, easy to get in and out of the development. The property was spotless and well cared for. Everything one could need was in the kitchen and rooms. Highly recommend this property!

Fabulous getaway!

What a great stay we had! Very cute, clean home, well stocked kitchen/home, fabulous screened in patio where we hung out in the evenings and great community pools! Gina was so friendly and quick to respond when I messaged her. She was an amazing host. Would love to come back again!

Immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, safe neighborhood convenient location;attentive/kind host

My family of 5 found this property perfect for our needs. This lovely townhome is remarkably spacious with very nice indoor and outdoor spaces. It was close to where our relatives live and convenient to major highways, shopping, restaurants, and theaters. Gina, the owner could not have been more kind and considerate. We hope to stay here whenever we return to visit family.

Could use more lighting in several bedrooms. Would definitely return. Used as launching point for different sites.

National Parks & Beaches

The property met our needs for a party of 6. There are stores and restaurants nearby. The cooler and beach towels were helpful for our day at Biscayne NP. The pool nearby was closed for repair but we were able to drive to the neighboring complex. Our host was helpful to guide us on that when I missed it in an email. The condo wasn’t fancy but it was furnished and clean. We felt welcomed and safe.

Lovely home with special touches.

Three couples enjoyed a wonderful two night stay in this lovely well decorated home. We were greeted with a note from Gina in a basket of goodies, fresh baked banana bread and fresh flowers in the master bedroom. Although we did not use the pool, we had the choice of two outdoor areas. The furniture was comfortable, and we had everything we needed.
