Remodeled 2025 North Myrtle Beach sports and recreation center is five minutes away. Affordable condo in gated community, with one King plush bed in master bedroom with its own entrance to the screen porch and private bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen size bed with triple dresser. enjoy fishing on the Inter-coastal waterway and surf fishing on the beach. Enjoy grilling and picnic tables available for your stay on property. There are two pools and one hot tub for guest to use. Minutes from the beach, shopping, dining, golfing and tourist venues. Condo has washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, range, microwave, oven, toaster, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, blender and Keuia brewer. Condo also has two 32" tv's in bed rooms and 52” in living room, iron and ironing board and blow dryer.
NO golf carts, motorcycles or trailers allowed. Neighborhood is on Intercoastal Waterway; short walk from condo. Condo is not on Waterway. 2 grill areas are on premises

NO PETS ALLOWED IN CONDO! NO SMOKING !

Betty made our beach vacation fantastic. She was very responsive and had a lovely property very close to the beach and the main drag. It allowed us to have a great time being tourists during the day and coming home to a quiet complex. It was great!

Very clean property. The pool is literally right across the parking lot which was helpful when traveling with older mother. Unit is nice and beachy themed. We didn't use the kitchen, but everything you need is there. Master has a walk in shower, again nice for older folks. We used the beach access right in the middle of NMB at 2nd Ave. It only has 2 handicap spaces, but we got there early to secure one. Very close location for a beach day. The owner was very responsive to questions.

Very nice property, would stay again

We enjoyed our stay. Host was very accommodating. Condo was clean, had everything needed and accessible to beach. Would highly recommend.

The condo was decorated beautifully and very clean. We loved that right out the back patio, we faced the pool. Mrs. Betty was timely in her responses and communications as we needed her. We had a great stay!

Great place to stay!

Very nice comfy condo with gated entrance! Very quiet and close to everything. We will be back soon. Host was very helpful.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Public Beach access is a quick 2 mile drive down the road. I would definitely stay here again.

Hidden gem!

This condo was absolutely beautiful! Close to stores, restaurants and of course the beach! Just hidden enough away you don’t get the hustle and bustle. Gated community with pools, one just right outside the screened in patio.

A GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!

My family and I had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach. I would highly recommend staying in this family friendly condo community. The condo is nice and clean and is in close proximity of everything (i.e. restaurants, shops, and beaches). My 8 y/o had a blast especially because the pool was 100 yards from our door. Betty was very easy to contact and was always accommodating. I would definitely BOOK staying here again.

Very comfortable. Clean and all appliances in good working condition. 1.3 mile walk to the beach was easy for me. Recliner in living room and blinds on sliding patio door just need to be fixed. I would stay here again.

Vacation stay

I enjoyed staying at this place. Property was nice. Only complaint is that fans were a little dusty and I would have liked the beds to be made (comforter was on the bed but we had to put the sheets on the bed). Also, every kitchen item needed was available, which was great for us as I tend to cook on vacation. There were also extra bathroom supplies. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Location was also great - close to stores, restaurants and beach. Betty is a great host and was very responsive to questions in a prompt manner.

I always leave bed linen folded and laying on bed. I do this so quest will know they are fresh and clean. But I don’t have a problem putting linen on beds if that’s what quest think I need to do

Safe and Clean!

Although the property is 30 minutes away from most MB attractions, it was in a safe environment. I’ll gladly drive a little each day to know my family is safe at night. The pool was directly in front of the condo, which was convenient. It seemed smaller than the picture, but it was still plenty big for the neighborhood. The condo was on the first floor and fully stocked with everything we needed. The property owner was easy to work with. My family will keep this listing flagged for future visits.

Really great place

Reserved thru VRBO and process and email communication was AWESOME. Rating a 4 because the instructions were to use a gate code that would contact owner and they would call with entry, but never heard from anyone. Just happens that someone leaving scanned us in. Could’ve been that this resident was sent to let us in , not sue, but still never received any communication. Would’ve liked the opportunity to check in earlier as condo was available and we had a 3 plus hour drive. Everything else was exactly as portrayed. Would still reserve again.

This property could not have been in a better location! It was easy access to the interstate, to grocery stores, to the beach and to anything else that might be of interest to anyone that stays! Have I told you about communication with the host? Could not have been any better! Betty is exceptional! My family and I would rent from her again!

Check in was an easy process! Clean place! The host was awesome! Checked in with us often to make sure everything is going well. The place has everything you may need! The pool is literally a few steps outside the place and the beach is only a few mins down the street! A great location to everything.

We stayed here for a softball tournament. The location was ideal. We loved the quick access to the fields, beaches, and all the fun North Myrtle had to offer. The neighborhood was so quiet and friendly. We appreciated the pool access just across the parking lot. Having first floor access, screen porch directly to the parking lot, full kitchen, and laundry made the trip easier after long days at the field. We would definitely stay again.
