Perched above Sitges with sweeping views across terracotta rooftops to the Mediterranean beyond, Villa Calma I is a traditional Spanish-style retreat where sunlit terraces, colourful tiles and timeless architecture set the scene for a relaxed coastal escape. From the moment you step through the gated courtyard, the villa’s curved tower, wrought-iron railings and blue-and-gold tiled staircase give a sense of storybook charm.Inside, the living spaces feel breezy and welcoming. The main sitting room is a restful space with oversized sofas and a statement fireplace, perfect for cooler evenings. Follow the arched doorway through to the patio and you’ll find quiet corners to read, relax or take in the view. The upper floor is made for gathering. A generous dining area with windows on every side spills out to a sunny terrace, while the adjacent kitchen, rustic in style but fully equipped, invites leisurely breakfasts or sunset aperitifs.Downstairs, five bedrooms fan out along a cool tiled corridor, offering comfort, natural light and space for up to eleven guests. For families, there’s ample room to spread out and even a dedicated desk space for those blending work with holiday.Outside, the villa’s tiers of terraces make the most of its hillside setting. The pool glimmers just below the house, bordered by sun loungers and climbing greenery. A short stroll leads to the small tennis court and barbecue area, where outdoor living comes into its own. Here, guests can explore a wealth of dining options, from seaside tapas bars to fine-dining favourites, as well as boutiques, galleries, and a lively cultural calendar.A little closer to the villa, you’ll find forest trails and walking routes winding through the hills, perfect for morning hikes or a run with a view. The area’s elevated position means you’re treated to sweeping sea vistas and refreshing breezes throughout the day.Just 40 minutes away by train or car, Barcelona offers endless possibilities for day trips, think Gaudí architecture, bustling food markets, and a walk down Las Ramblas. Alternatively, stay local and explore Sant Pere de Ribes, a charming town with local shops, bakeries and weekly markets.With the shimmering Mediterranean below and Garraf Natural Park behind, this hillside enclave combines sea, sun, and nature in perfect proportion.

The Property is supplied with 1 set of bed linen and towels per guest (1 shower and 1 hand towel and where applicable 1 pool towel) at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified. Additional changes may be requested at the following rates:

- €15 per single bed set;

- €25 per double bed set;

- €10 per towel set;

A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies. 

Requests for additional linen or towels will be delivered the following day, subject to availability. Please note that extra linen will be delivered, but beds will not be changed. If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked.

On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €50 per pet will apply, payable to with the balance payment. Please enquire during the booking process. All conditions imposed by the owner must be followed. Charges may apply for breaching any house rules, extra cleaning, damage or sanitisation costs.
