Hi Carlos, thank you for your review and great to read you enjoyed Aruba! As for most of the points you mentioned, this could have easily been fixed by us. I just wish you would have contacted us with your concerns so we could have addressed them accordingly. 1. We give our guests half the amount of bath towels for their entire stay. Meaning if you would stay for 6 days you would receive 3 towels per person etc. You can do laundry on site as well. If our guests ask for more towels, there is no problem with that at all and we are more than happy to bring some extra. Unfortunately you didn’t contact us for this. 2. We make use of the European bedding system, meaning the cover of the comforter is washed in near boiling temperatures to maintain the highest level of hygiene. In the European bedding system there is also no “top sheet” as you mentioned. Again, you unfortunately didn’t contact us so we could have explained. 3. The Wi-Fi problem occurred in the evening, meaning that all stores, companies, etc. are closed. Hence, it was impossible to send an IT person over in the evening. We also informed you that same evening, that the issue turned out to be a complex-wide problem. This meant that we ourselves wouldn’t be able to fix it in this specific apartment, as the whole complex was affected by the problem. Once again, we are happy to read that you enjoyed the island, but I feel like your experience with us could have been 100% better if you would have contacted us with your concerns as they could’ve been addressed easily. Please let us know next time you are planning a trip to Aruba so we can give you a great experience!
