Enjoy your stay at Lake Guntersville in this floating cabin. 1 bedroom with queen bed and fold out couch in the living area provides room for three guests. With electric fireplace and plenty of space to dock your boat or personal watercrafts, there's no need to ever leave the cabin. It's also a great place to watch the sun rise and set as you fish from your own private deck. If you're looking to dine out, Wintzell's Oyster House is only steps away. Sorry no pets are allowed at the property. Please be aware before booking that it may not be the place for anyone with motion sickness. It is also more of a camping experience than a motel stay. The sewage system is a holding tank, like what is used in a camper or RV. It is pumped daily, but there is the chance of some odors as with any self contained unit. Dishes, bath towels, and cooking utensils are provided for your convenience.

We really enjoyed this peaceful floating cabin so unique and on beautiful lake guntersville!! Cabin was quaint and cozy! Only negative was the smell wish there was a way to take care of that! But will definitely probably visit again!! Loved it all in all!!

We had a great stay. Property was just as listed. Very clean and relaxing. We only stayed one night but we are planning to stay again for a few nights in the future. Loved sitting on the porch feeding the turtles. I would recommend this to anyone looking for something different and relaxing. Be sure to bring fruit for the turtles! Lol

Such a unique experience! This was our 2nd visit, and it won't be the last. Steve made everything so easy, and the location is perfect for quick food or serious dining.

Staying in the floating house was a neat new experience for us. Location was slightly difficult to find, but the manager was helpful and responsive, and he got us to our destination.

The GPS location is totally wrong. The side walk was unsafe for trying to carry luggage. None of the inside doors would close.

Steven was great and easy to communicate with. The check in process was smooth, no hiccups. We booked the place for 2 nights, unfortunately, Maintenance was pumping the sewer and the smell got pretty bad. This is absolutely nothing negative on the cabin itself or host. The cabin was in a great location and cute for staying directly on the lake. The only thing that could have been better (besides the hiccup of the pumping), was it has a few cobwebs inside. No biggie. We would definitely recommend and would love to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was surprising at first the way the facility rocked when boats rode bast but it would rock you to sleep. Only only problem was the gate to the walkway. But someone was helpful and told us to lift the handle and there was no problem after that.
