It was very relaxing, I enjoyed fishing off the balcony, when I got tired or too hot I would go in and cool off then go out and fish again, we also just enjoyed sitting and just watching the scenery. We really enjoyed it.

Communication with the host was excellent. Cabin was very peaceful and quiet. Bed was wonderful! As an 80 year old disabled veteran family we totally enjoyed the peace and quiet and security of the cabin. While at the cabin which was next door to Wintzell’s. My wife enjoyed the grouper nuggets and I had the blackened snapper.

We really enjoyed this peaceful floating cabin so unique and on beautiful lake guntersville!! Cabin was quaint and cozy! Only negative was the smell wish there was a way to take care of that! But will definitely probably visit again!! Loved it all in all!!

Such a unique experience! This was our 2nd visit, and it won't be the last. Steve made everything so easy, and the location is perfect for quick food or serious dining.

We had a great stay. Property was just as listed. Very clean and relaxing. We only stayed one night but we are planning to stay again for a few nights in the future. Loved sitting on the porch feeding the turtles. I would recommend this to anyone looking for something different and relaxing. Be sure to bring fruit for the turtles! Lol

Staying in the floating house was a neat new experience for us. Location was slightly difficult to find, but the manager was helpful and responsive, and he got us to our destination.

The GPS location is totally wrong. The side walk was unsafe for trying to carry luggage. None of the inside doors would close.

Steven was great and easy to communicate with. The check in process was smooth, no hiccups. We booked the place for 2 nights, unfortunately, Maintenance was pumping the sewer and the smell got pretty bad. This is absolutely nothing negative on the cabin itself or host. The cabin was in a great location and cute for staying directly on the lake. The only thing that could have been better (besides the hiccup of the pumping), was it has a few cobwebs inside. No biggie. We would definitely recommend and would love to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was surprising at first the way the facility rocked when boats rode bast but it would rock you to sleep. Only only problem was the gate to the walkway. But someone was helpful and told us to lift the handle and there was no problem after that.
