Convenient location, clean unit with plenty of space, and a great, private splash pool. Located in a quiet complex, this is a great get away from the Disney hustle and bustle. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

This was our second time at Disney and this beautiful home, loved everything about it, the safety of gated resort, ability to walk around, playground but most importantly pool at the home so when half of our party was sleeping, we could start our fun in the pool. We always come home during lunch when visiting the parks and head out in the afternoon again so the distance is not bad at all.

Everything was as the other reviews stated, which certainly was not a bad thing for the price paid. It is a nice budget friendly accommodation.

Great stay with accommodating and responsive host. Easy entry and property was as pictured. Age is showing in some areas of the condo but that is to be expected given it’s an older development tucked away.

Loved the place, very convenient to everything we needed. Love the privacy of the pool. The garbage disposal did not work but we didn't need it anyway. Quite location. Overall a great visit. Very comfortable beds!!!!

This year marks our third straight year of staying here! (and we’ve already booked for next year.) We love the value we receive from renting Regina’s home. You will not find a better host! Wonderful location, close to restaurants, Disney and a whole bunch of other fun local things to do.

Excellent!

Hosts were very accommodating and communicative. The home is great for families with young kids, and the location is fantastic. Very pleased with how clean the rental was. Would definitely recommend to others and we'll think about staying here again.

Clean house in Great neighborhood

This house was very nice and clean. The rooms were a perfect size and me and my family felt safe the entire stay. My nect trip to orlando I will be rebooking with them.

Another great stay

We love this location - the resort is well taken care of, quiet, safe. We enjoyed walks around the pond and throughout the resort. Took advantage of the exercise room, pools and hot tubs at the club house.The property manager and owner were helpful and quick to respond when needed. The town house has all the things you need for a fantastic stay.

The home was exactly how it looked in the pictures. I loved the color scheme it made the home bright and cheerful. We had more than enough space. My favorite part was my king size bed and the private pool. Management was very responsive. I will definitely be coming back for another stay.

Great location

This condo is in a nice and quiet location. Easy access to the parks and Kissimmee. My son loved the splash pool, especially being able to use it later at night after long days at the parks. The owners and property managers were quick to respond if needed.

A great stay

My kids and I booked this property for a trip to Universal Studios. The property was well clean and well represented, but unfortunately the arcade at the clubhouse consisted of two electronic dartboards and a pool table in the lobby bar (traveling with 3 kids). Everything was clean and seemed to be well-maintained. We were pleased with the property, and would gladly stay again.

Great location and clean

Great location for Disney Parks! Close to turnpike to miss a lot of 192 traffic. Really liked being on this end of Kissimmee for Disney. House is clean and well kept. Had everything we needed. Check in process was easy and seemless. Did not have to contact owner about any issues at all during stay! Great spot! Would stay again!

It was awesome

It was awesome I did expect more of the resort based on the online review of the site but the house was great. The only suggestion was the couches could be super cleaned like under and in between the cushions.

Overall, the condo was amazing. Plenty of room. Great location. Easy access to Disney. Pool was awesome!! My only complaint was that the sink in the master bathroom was dirty upon our arrival and the dishwasher didn't dispense soap. It ran with water only.

Great Place for a Great Value

We picked this townhome for our first snowbird winter - and stayed from January through March. Regina, the owner and Mike, the property manager were fantastic to work with and readily available for the few times we needed to talk to them. We loved the security of the gated community, the location is close to restaurants and parks. The 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms were great when family and friends visited. We enjoyed it so much, we’ve already booked for next winter. If you are looking for a stress free, fun vacation home, close to food and entertainment, but off the busy highway, we highly recommend this one!

As soon as you walk in, you smell the cleanliness of the property. There was no dust, trash, fingerprints anywhere. The living room furniture is worn and so are the pillows. If you are like us and sleep with multiple pillows. You either have to take them from other bed or go get some. The host sent a welcome message. Then left you to enjoy your time on vacation. Which is why it’s hard to complain about the property. Our major complaint is that you can hear the people next door moving all the time. They also had their kids in their pool at 11pm screaming at the top of their lungs. I get it they were on vacation but so where we. We had to be up at 4am for our Cheer Comp. Not sleeping in peace really stinks. Again, nothing the host could do or did.
