Welcome to Granite Ridge Condo, a modern, open concept big mountain retreat! Guests can sleep eight comfortably with the option of six separate beds. An electric fireplace, big screen Smart TV, and private hot tub all make for great entertainment in this Mackenzie Village condo located two minutes from the legendary Revelstoke Mountain Resort. Built and outfitted with features throughout that had holiday guests in mind. Perfect for groups, families, or a friends’ trip away. Inquire within for monthly/long-term rental deals from Mid April-Mid December.
Amenities: Private outdoor hot tub, secure private garage for gear storage/smaller vehicles, private outdoor patio, barbeque grill, electric fireplace, heated bathroom floors, washer/dryer, parking for two vehicles, Smart TV, portable A/C units (summer), gear storage, private entrance.
Condo Layout: Master bedroom and second bedroom both have king beds. These can be split into two twins (please contact us at least 72 hours prior to check in to request this). The third bedroom has a murphy bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The unit has two full bathrooms, one of which is the master ensuite.
Bike/gear storage: There is a private garage which can be used to store gear, vehicle, or both (space permitting). The unit also has an allocated storage room in the basement of the complex which can be used to store bikes, skis/boards, boots, golf clubs, etc...
Parking: There are two designated parking spots. One in the single garage for a regular size vehicle (Trucks and large SUV's won't fit; garage clearance is approximately 7'3" in height, and 7'6" width. One outdoor space allocated to the condo. Visitor parking is also available on a first come first serve basis. Please note we CANNOT guarantee parking for more than one vehicle given the demand for visitor parking and the size of the garage. Trailer parking is strictly prohibited. The condo is beautifully decorated with neutral tones in the living/ dining room area and kitchen. The full kitchen has stunning light wood cabinetry and everything a chef could wish for. Out on the deck, you will find a barbeque grill equipped with complimentary propane, outstanding view, and a private hot tub. The first two bedrooms can be configured with kings or twin beds upon request , the den has a murphy bed and the living room has a sofa bed. The bathrooms are clean, spacious, with heated floors.
