Gulf Highlands is a large gated community with a private club house located on the beautiful white sandy beach. It has its own snack bar, decks for sunning & sight seeing, pool directly on the beach, + 10 additional pools, 4 heated, shuffle board, tennis courts,
18 hole mini golf (free), exercise room, just off the patio is the largest pool in the resort.


Vacations by Fayla takes pride in providing family friendly, well maintained & enjoyable units.

NO PETS, NON SMOKING UNIT. (smoking inside or a smoke smell will forfeit your deposit) Must be 25 years old to rent the unit.

King master suite with pillow top mattress and private bath. The other master bedroom has a queen bed also with pillow top mattress and private bath. Downstairs is a queen sofa sleeper. This unit is extended on the top floor with a beautiful sitting room off the master. Wide crown molding and base board. Granite counter tops throughout the kitchen and baths. The kitchen has a walk around island. Gas grill on the rear patio. New paint, new linens, new stainless appliances, new LVP flooring throughout the upstairs. 3 flat screen TV's, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer. Screen WiFi. The back porch is screened with a glass dining table. COMPLETE RENOVATION

The property was excellent and loved the proximity to the location. There weee some minor things that could be adjust but we highly recommend. The putt putt wasn’t really anything you could do. Pools and location to the beach perfection!!

Location was perfect!! Just a short walk to beach entrance-no cart needed. Home was perfect for my small family trip and had plenty of space! Cleaners could've paid more attn to detail, but it was nothing worth bugging Fayla over. Would recommend and def stay again.

The location of this condo is fantastic—just steps from the beach. Fayla was also great to work with and responded to messages almost immediately.Unfortunately, the cleanliness was very disappointing. We arrived at the 3:00 p.m. check-in time, and the cleaning crew was still there. They said they needed another 10–15 minutes to finish mopping, but it looked like they rushed through it. Corners, baseboards, and areas around furniture hadn’t been cleaned well, and there was noticeable dust.We had to clean several kitchen items before using them. The coffee pot was heavily stained, we washed all the dishes ourselves, and the blender had mold inside. That was unacceptable.The living room furniture also needs attention. The couch wasn’t very comfortable, and the recliner felt broken and unsafe to lean back in.We were there during a tropical storm, so we spent more time indoors than planned. That’s obviously not the property’s fault, but it made the cleanliness and furniture issues more noticeable.Overall, this condo has a great location and an excellent, responsive host. However, the cleaning service needs significant improvement, and some of the furniture should be repaired or replaced.

Condo was just a short walk to the beach. Everything we needed was there. Plenty of pools to swim and they allow swimming until 11pm. The condo was nice and it was perfect for my family of 4. We had zero complaints on anything. We definitely would come back!

Staying here was wonderful. My kids didn't want to leave. They said " we want to stay at our beach house!". We will definitely stay here again.

Very dirty..floors dirty..range very dirty. Would not cook there. Other than that, I loved the location. Did not like two floors, but that is on me.

Great location / Very Clean

This condo is in the best location. The walk to the beach is the shortest walk in Gulf Highlands. There is a large pool within a few steps of the back porch. The house was very clean and well decorated. Fully stocked with everything we needed. The host was great at communication and replying to emails and texts. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

Amazing Place!

Everything was great! The place was in excellent condition and very clean. I was very happy with the location as it is very close to the beach. It was easy to find and the owner contacted me shortly before check in time to give me the door code. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

A short respite

We really enjoyed our stay at Gulf Highlands in PCB. With all that has been going on with COVID-19, we needed a few days of rest. Our condo was very nice and welcoming.

Great Every Time

This is the third year that we have stayed in a condo owned by Fayla. It was incredibly clean, well supplied and an easy walk to the beach. Perfect home base for a fun, relaxing vacation.
