The property is well maintained, conveniently located in a nice tourist area close to beaches, shops and restaurants. There is a bus stop close by and free indoor underground parking is available if you are renting a car. There is a good sized family friendly swimming pool and we very much enjoyed our stay here. Recommended!

Amazing stay

Great contact with the owner who provided excellent information for us, even about hurricane warnings etc. Great staff, helpful and friendly. Strongly recommended!

We had a wonderful holiday in the apartment! The location of the apartment was perfect – close to everything we needed and ideal for exploring the area. Communication with the host was very smooth and pleasant, and we truly appreciated the many insider tips that made our trip even more special. Highly recommended!

Spacious, comfortable apartment.

Located in a quiet lane which joins a main road, the hosts provided a detailed and invaluable list of nearby shops, cafes etc. The apartment was fully equipped with anything visitors could possibly need. Beach nearby. Excellent.

Excellent location and hosts

The apartment was perfectly located within such easy walking distance to everything. The hosts were exceptional and sent us incredibly detailed notes covering every aspect/question we could think of which were so helpful as this was our first time to Mauritius. Nanda, the taxi driver, suggested by the hosts was amazing and made our holiday even better! If you are looking for a unit close to everything we highly recommend this one.

Excellent Location

We have stayed in this property on a number of occasions and like it for it's location and quietness. Almost next door to a well stocked supermarket and within 5 minutes walking distance to the centre of Pereybere with its restaurants and public beach. We hire a car which enables us to visit places which are not included in the normal tourist trips. A good map (Ordnance Survey type or equivalent) and a Mauritius guide book is useful and both should be purchased before your visit. Road signs and tourist signs are few and far between or non-existent which makes a map and guide book a necessity. Using local buses is an experience and should be tried. Fares are very cheap. A number 82 express bus runs from the stop at the top of the lane to Port Louis.

Best Host's ever!

We spent 10 days in Pereybere, and we wholeheartedly recommend both the location and Sandra and Mark's apartment. Everything was exceptionally clean and tastefully furnished, creating a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Aarti, the housekeeper, and Ricardo, the security guard for the property, were both incredibly kind and helpful, always available to assist us with anything we needed. Sandra and Mark were also easily reachable, consistently providing prompt responses to our inquiries. At the outset of our stay, Sandra had furnished us with a comprehensive document containing a wealth of valuable tips for exploring the region. Whether it was recommendations for excursions, restaurants, beaches, or anything else, their suggestions were consistently excellent. For us, it's crystal clear that when we return to Mauritius, we will once again choose to spend a week in Pereybere, in Sandra and Mark's wonderful apartment.

L’appartement est conforme à la description. Décoré avec goût, très propre et très bien équipé. Nous avons séjourné une douzaine de jours dans ce bel appartement, et notre expérience a été absolument parfaite, au-delà de nos attentes. Le logement est vaste, très confortable, parfaitement équipé et décoré avec énormément de goût, ce qui le rend particulièrement agréable à vivre au quotidien.Son emplacement est idéal : à proximité immédiate des plages, des commerces et des arrêts de bus, permettant de découvrir facilement tout le nord de l’île sans contrainte. C’est un véritable atout pour profiter pleinement de Maurice.L’appartement était impeccablement propre à notre arrivée et tout au long du séjour. La gouvernante, Aarti, est d’une grande gentillesse, toujours disponible et très efficace. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié Ricardo, le gardien, grâce à qui le jardin est magnifique et la résidence parfaitement entretenue, ce qui contribue grandement au sentiment de calme et de bien-être.Ces vacances ont été tout simplement parfaites. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter à l’île Maurice et, de peur d’être déçus ailleurs, nous ne choisirons aucun autre logement que cet appartement. Nous le recommandons sans la moindre réserve à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour élégant, confortable et serein.

Idéalement situé, cet appartement a tout le confort nécessaire pour une famille.

Ayant passés quelques jours dans le sud de l'île nous nous sommes rendu ensuite pour une semaine dans cette charmante résidence pour découvrir le nord de l'ile.Arrivés en pleine alerte cyclone, la personne sensée nous accueillir était absente car il était conseillé de resté a l'abris. J'ai contacté l'hôte qui a tout gérée rapidement et efficacement à distance.Nous avons pu profiter d'un séjour merveilleux dans un endroit proche de toute commodités et à quelques mètres de magnifiques plages très calmes. Urlaub auf eigene Faust

Wir waren die erste Woche im Norden und dann sind wir für die zweite Woche in Westen gezogen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man für eine Woche braucht. Die Waschmaschine ist ein super Pluspunkt. Dann kann man mit dem Gepäck ein bisschen sparen. Sandra und Mark hatten sogar angerufen und sich erkundigt, wie es mir geht, als sie erfahren haben, das ich vom Straßenhund gebissen wurde. Auch im Vorfeld haben sie alle unsere Fragen beantwortet. Und uns sehr viel Infomaterial zukommen lassen, über die Gegend und Aktivitäten, die man machen kann. Der Strand hinterm Haus ist super schön und wirklich sehr schnell erreichbar. Ich kann die beiden als Vermieter und die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Gentillesse et mer chaude

Appartement avec tout le confort silencieux, voisinage très accueillant, à 150m d'une des plus belles plages avec une petite barrière de corail pour la plongée, village ou vous trouverez tout resto Loc de voiture et toutes les activités de mer, excursion sur toute l'île. En faite un petit paradis. Les propriétaires vous fournissent toutes les astuces et les numéros des personnes pour passer de bons moments. A très vite.

Simpelthen fantastisk

Vi kan kun komme med vores varmeste anbefalinger. Alt fungerer, skulle der opstå et problem, tager kontaktpersonen fat i det med det samme. Vi havde f.eks udfordringer med vandtryk. Det viste sig at vandpumpen var gået i stykker, så hele ejendommen havde ikke vand. Der blev lavet på under et døgn (det er hurtigt på Mauritius). Vi fandt sammen med ejeren af denne lejlighed en god løsning. Lejligheden er udstyret med et køkken der fungerer. Vi har tidligere boet andre steder i Pereybere, hvor der var en udfordring at lave mad selv. Lejligheden ligger blot 500 m fra den fantastiske strand i Pereybere. Der er flere restauranter i området, selvom en del ikke er åbnet igen efter pandemien. April/maj 2022 er der 8-9 der er åbne (som oftes) der er 1 der er klar til at åbne snarest. Vi kommer tilbage til denne lejlighed

loin d'etre sublime

propriété ancienne nécessitant quelques rénovations. Piscine pas ombragée et juste à coté de la route très passagère. Route donnant du coté du balcon très sale. chiens de la propriété d'en face hurlant toute la nuit (six chiens). La plage de Perebeyre n'est pas du tout paradisiaque (sale). par contre Marceline est très très accueillante et gentille

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Lage des Appartements im Ort ist sehr günstig. Da im Inserat keine Außenaufnahme vorhanden ist, überrascht die Außenansicht der Anlage und der Strasse im ersten Eindruck. Das bedeutet aber für uns keine Beeinträchtigung. Besonders positiv ist der Empfang und die Betreuung durch Marcelline hervorzuheben. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Appartement dans résidence calme et proche de l'océan

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location. Très bien située proche de l'océan et du supermarché. Nous avons apprécié aussi les plats que proposent Marceline qui est une personne très gentille et nous avons apprécié également les services de Nanda qui nous a fait visiter l'île.
