The Newpark area is located at Kimball Junction and offers tons of great amenities. You will be within walking distance to the Redstone shops, restaurants, movie theater, fitness facilities, grocery and much, much more. Or you can take the convenient Kimball Junction Circulator to visit the more restaurants, the Tanger Outlets or the Kimball Transit Center to catch the free Electric Express Bus (White line) that will get you to Main Street in just 3 stops! Just outside your door is the Swaner Preserve with walking/biking trails and more.

This Park City Newpark Terrace 26 condominium, built in 2014, is located in the heart of the Newpark area in Kimball Junction. It offers 1,250 square feet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and can accommodate up to six guests.

Clean, updated, and nice touch with the toiletries provided (soap, lotion, etc..). Check-in took a little to figure out (exact location of the unit), but the office staff was very helpful in guiding me in. Garage was nice to have, but if you have larger vehicle, it may not fit. May need some new mattresses soon, but were serviceable. Full size washer and dryer was also convenient to have. Full kitchen to cook if you truly want to, and plenty of pots/pans, utensils, etc... WiFi was solid, which was need because TV's (which are newer) only used apps, could not catch any live sports. Plenty of things in walking distance, restaurants, groceries, movies, etc... No complaints and the price was reasonable.

Great Property / Great Location

Great Property with close proximity to Old Towne Park City and easy access to the Highway to get to Salt Lake City. The neighborhood was great with several walking trails and good options for dining. Loved everything about my stay.

Perfect location for skiing!!

Centrally located with short drive to Park City or Deer Valley. Also tons of other ski resorts within an hour’s drive. Condo was comfortable, clean, great hot tub and many restaurants within walking distance.

Better than pictures show

Excellent stay. Rooms are bigger than they seem in pictures. Great heating. Smart TV’s were great. Garage is small but attached to unit so very convenient in winter. Manager was helpful in extending stay. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place

We had a great stay! The location was good, about 15 min from Main Street and the lifts. Cute area with shops and restaurants in walking distance. The townhouse was comfortable but not luxurious. Kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. The sheets could have been nicer (cheap polyester). Mountain views were lovely. Hot tub was wonderful. Host was very responsive and helpful. Overall had a wonderful time, thank you!

Great Stay

Property was great. It was clean quiet and comfortable. Would stay here again. Only a couple things I would have liked to know. We had a suburban that would not fit in the garage so had to park in public garage below. If the storage closet on the back wall would be moved to the side wall I believe it would have fit. Also, the thermostat was programmed to drop to 63 degrees at night which made it very cold the first night. Had to adjust the schedule for the rest of the week.

Great property in a great location! Our map led us to the wrong unit initially, but we found it in the end. We couldn’t find the garage parking passes upon arrival so we contacted support and someone came by the next morning to drop off more. Lots of parking options and really conveniently placed near the staircase down to the parking garage made it really easy to get around. The place itself was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend! I also want to note the customer service prior to arrival was great too. I contacted to receive approval to bring a pet and they were very prompt in responding and were able to accommodate my request at an additional charge.

Great Place

One of the nicest condos we have stayed at in the Park City area. Easy and quick drive to the Canyons parking lot. Lots of stores and restaurants right next door without the crowds.

Good property for 2 couples or small family

The property and location were great. The hot tub after a long day on the slopes was Terriffic. A few simple things could make this property 5 star. The bedding and mattresses need updating. Extra pillows and towels are needed, especially for a 3 plus night stay. Check in/out was easy as was communication. We would consider this property again when returning to PC. Just a little more love and attention to detail would go a long way.

Long weekend winter getaway

Property is very nice, clean and has everything you need for a long weekend getaway. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and even allowed for an early check in. Would stay here again!

Great location. I thought it was a bit closer to park city than it really was. Still great location.

We had a great time staying here and skiing at Park city. The condo was spacious and well stocked.

Well appointed, terrible odor!

You couldn’t ask for a better location! The townhome is quiet and well appointed. Unfortunately there was a terrible odor but the management company was responsive and accommodating. Renters should know, this property is managed by Park City Rental Properties so there are additional fees added to the base price of this unit. To avoid sticker shock, I recommend contacting the management company for the fee breakdown prior to committing to this rental. They are lovely and will answer all your questions.

Clean,comfortable,trendy

Had everything we needed, very convenient to stores and entertainment, the property was clean and trendy, great having a private hot tub, only complaint would be is its a little noisy. I would stay here again, good size for two people.

Met all of our needs in terms of great location in Park City. Near lots of restaurants & grocery

If you are wanting a great location condo you can't go wrong. Easy access and close to highway for easy travel to and from Salt Lake airport. One of the best-equipped condos I have stayed in for kitchen utensils, pots, and pans, great outdoor grill. No problem to cook great meals. Underground parking was a nice feature to the unit plus a garage. However, garage not big enough for larger vehicles. Would stay again for sure!
