Welcome to our beautiful, mountain retreat in Frisco, CO! Our condominium is located right by the shores of Lake Dillon with unobstructed, stunning views. The unit is on the 2nd floor so the views of the lake and mountains are gorgeous from every room in the condo, and especially from our amazing Trex deck overlooking it all.

Come and enjoy the mountain feel with beautiful furnishings and updated decor. The main bedroom is equipped with a king bed and it's own 50-inch, smart, flatscreen 4k HDTV. The second bedroom has bunk beds (twin over double), a queen bed, and TV for your viewing pleasure. Finally, the main room bodes it's own queen-size sofa sleeper, and 55-inch, Ultra 4K HDTV. We have a selection of dvds, games, books and puzzles for the entire family to enjoy, too!

Our kitchen has granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. It is completely stocked with plates, utensils, cookware, and bakeware, including a spice rack and a Crock Pot. The condo also has a washer and dryer in the unit.

Our unit also has a one-car, detached garage, and the complex has a parking lot.

The Lake Forest complex includes three, year-round-use, hot tubs and grills (for summer use).

Our condo is less than a 5 minute drive to downtown Frisco. Frisco is in the center of Summit County and is known as ''Colorado's Playground''. Ski seven different ski areas (Copper, Breckenridge, A-Basin, Keystone, Vail, Beaver Creek and Loveland), golf on 99 championship holes, fly fish the blue ribbon Blue River, go for a ride on over 50 miles of paved bike path (the Lake Dillon bike bath is directly across the street from the condo!), shop the designer outlets, hike hundreds of miles of trails, or just relax in the beautiful mountain setting. If you want to experience all that Summit County has to offer, Frisco is a great location to use as your home base.

A piece of heaven

Our stay at this beautiful condo was perfect. The condo was super clean and comfortable. We were close to activities and restaurants, and the view from the deck is heaven on earth! We will def stay here again.

2024 Frisco Condo

We really enjoyed the Lake Forest condo. Great view of Dillon Lake, good location for restaurants and markets. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and plenty of BBQs to use. We got to see a double rainbow and a moose sighting our first weekend there! Traffic noise was not an issue when sliding doors are closed. Thank you for a great stay!

Simple and Sweet

The place had a great view of the lake and mountains. The owners were great to work with as well. We really enjoyed the space / community. I will say that if you are looking for wildlife, you have to go out on some trails or something because this condo is located right off a main road and though that is VERY convenient for maneuvering around town it doesn't bring many critters around. All in all my family had a nice time there and look forwardto going back sometime! . It really is a lovely place!.

Love this spot

Such a great location right off the lake, so many fun things to do, so much beautiful sunshine throughout the house, and wonderful views. Our second stay, and we definitely will be back for a 3rd.

Absolutely Perfect!

We have used VRBO for over 10 years. This was the BEST rental experience we have ever had. This made our family vacation even more enjoyable. The condo was wonderful. Pros: VIEW is unbeatable! There was a super moon during our visit. It was amazing. Condo is clean, well stocked, nice furniture, great location, roomy hot tubs, ample grills available, and all kinds of extra things included from the owner. I appreciate not having to buy cleaning supplies, soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, ziplock bags, shopping bags, and toilet paper. Owners even left a welcome basket! Cons: There is some road noise. However, even with the windows open this did not bother us. We will definitely rent here again.

Great vacation

Everything about our stay was perfect from start to finish. The hosts were very responsive and provided everything we needed. The views were amazing and the location was perfect for our ski days at Copper. The kids loved the games that were provided and the hot tub was a huge hit with them!! We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area!

Fantastic Condo in Frisco!

Condo location is great, beautiful views, clean, well stocked, hot tub access is right across from the unit and comfortable bedding. Second floor unit, so you do hear the upstairs neighbor when they are home, but definitely nothing that was too bad. Highly recommend for a family or group of 4-6 people! Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!

Great place for families in Frisco

We had a nice stay at this condo in Frisco while on a ski trip to nearby Copper Mountain. The place had everything you could need and was very comfortable.

Ski getaway

Besides an ideal location to jump on 70 and be at any of the resorts in no time, the view overlooking Lake Dillon in a very comfortable environment as well as the other amenities will insure an amazing time. Kristie was very accessible and helpful in guiding us to good meals and answer any questions we had. 5+ stars for sure!
