One of the worst beach experiences we’ve had. Many trips to Watercolor over the years. After a ten hour drive arriving late, the wristbands for the beach didn’t work at the gates. Multiple calls to 360Blue because no one would answer and then a rep answers but hangs up on me. Another try and an inexperienced customer service rep places us on hold multiple times. He tells me that they don’t know what the problem is but will try to call the property and get back to us. First half day of a four days trip gone. Use VRBO… don’t waste your time here.

Condo location is excellent but the condo needs a good cleaning and renovation. Dirty furniture,carpets , walls. Would not go back or recommend until fully renovated. Rental company (360 Blue) did nothing to fix anything. Should have moved us to a clean unit. Amount paid was not commensurate with the quality of the condo. Rent elsewhere.

Spacious unit with excellent proximity to beach & pools. Condo pool was pleasant. We had a nice visit. However, while clean, the condo unit could use some more specific caretaking, particularly in common areas. Nasty large stain on living room carpet, a torn drape in master bedroom & stained upholstery including dining chairs need attention. Various scrapes & dents need fixing too. HVAC on second floor not working properly— it struggles to cool at night from getting up to 77 degrees inside daily. No bicycles were in the designated area near our parking space, despite what was noted in the unit app. There was just a pile of bicycles near the dumpster that we did not pick through. That needs to be addressed. And the outdoor parking space for this unit needs to be clearly explained—- it is not under the trellis. A simple “place mat” area map would have been helpful in finding the various pools. Moreover, a “check in” courtesy call from 360 Blue within a day or two of arriving would have been appreciated.

Horrible property management

We arrived about 30 minutes after checkin time and they were still Inside inspecting cleaning people. There was supposed to be a package with parking passes and wrist bands for each person to use the pools and access the beaches. The lady that was inside inspecting said someone would bring them shortly. 1 hour later we still did not have so we called and were told someone would bring. We wanted to go to beach and you can’t access with out the wrist band. 2 hours later we still did not have and called again. This time we were told that someone would bring them the next morning. So at 11 AM the following day when we still did not have them I called again and was told someone would bring them but it might not be until the next day. I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told they couldn’t get in touch with a supervisor but they would get one to call me back. This was the second time I had asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they would call me back I never received a call back from a supervisor. so the following day after that which would be the third day and we still did not have the wristbands I called again and was told someone would bring them that morning. They drop them off between 11 and 12 the day before we checked out. I never received a call from a supervisor. I called back the day that we checked out. I even got VRBO involved and I laid out my expectations. VRBO got a supervisor on the phone and explain to both of them that I was looking for at least a $1500 credit for this incredible inconvenience. Today I have received a $98 credit from 360 blue. This is not acceptable. They breached the contract and I’m looking for a larger credit for not having these wristbands that were supposed to be there when we arrived it would allow us to access the beach right near the home we rented, which is why we rented that one to begin with. I do not recommend staying at any property managed by 360 blue

The website was not working and we couldn’t reserve chairs and umbrellas, when trying to reserve in the beach, there weren’t any available. The property was being painted outside and nothing was mentioned about this prior to our arrival or at time of booking. This was an inconvenience for parking and getting in and out of the property and noise level was higher. Otherwise the inside of the property was nice.

We loved our week in Watercolor at your property! The condo was perfectly located and offered a beautiful ocean view. Great proximity to the beach and pool, four bikes and an incredible deck where we enjoyed gorgeous sunsets every evening, add up to the perfect family vacation. We loved walking to the nearby shops and restaurants. Everything was clean, beautifully decorated, and super inviting. We would highly recommend this condo!!

We had the most wonderful time. The condo was beautiful. The view was gorgeous! Everything was clean and even though we had trouble with the dishwasher, it was handled ASAP. We will not, however use the recommended beach service again. We paid a small fortune for the chairs and umbrella, and it was not ONCE put on the beach properly. I will be sure to tell all of my friends about this experience. You really should use another company. My daughter is Michele Wise. I’m sure you spoke with her.

We have been going for 20 years to this area. We loved our condo & it’s location to the beach ! We were very disappointed in the beach chair debacle! I tried to rent chairs a year in advance when I secured the condo! They would not tell me when they would release the chairs. I called every month for 9 months, finally on the 10th month, they told me we would have to be on the second row for half of our 12 day stay! So poorly managed! Will not return most likely due to this. Did not rebook like usual . Also trash at boardwalks was stacked up & spilling over daily. 11K too much for this type of management! I expect better.

This condo is fantastic. The view is spectacular. There was plenty of room for a large family to spread out and everything was working. Loved it. 360 staff were always on top of any needs we had and very professional. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

The location of #17 Beachside is great; excellent view, bikes important and pool/beach location are good. Floor plan also good. However, there were problems. Key card only worked pool, never beach. House is very worn and filthy (not cleaning staff but all furniture). Major electrical problems in kitchen; could not use main light b/c wiring of switch was wrong-fire hazard; could not use 2 burners on cooktop; refrigerator smells like fish; all buttons and instructions on coffeemaker and dishwasher worn off so you have to GUESS how to use/turn on. Would never stay in this unit again and rethinking 360 Blue after this experience. We had repair person show up claiming we called for dining room chair repair; did not. Wish the issues actually IN the condo had been fixed. All porch and living room furniture needs to be replaced. Living room pillows all throw feathers everywhere when touched-I am very allergic- it was basically a hot mess. Sorry but not coming back here and we tried to call for help; poor value big $$

We had a pleasant experience at this condo. It had some minor wear and tear damage on cabinetry, but nothing major, and nothing that affected our stay. It was clean and comfortable, and location to the pool/beach/town couldn’t be beat. We love that it came with 4 bikes and the amenities of Watercolor couldn’t be beat. The highlight of our trip was getting family photos taken on the beach by Adam Lee Photography. He was recommended by the Watercolor concierge, and we can’t recommend enough either! He did a great job, and was able to get all the pictures we wanted (and more!) done within our timeframe.

We were very disappointed that we were unable to access facilities (fitness center, movie rentals, room charges in restaurant, toiletries, cleaning services). After we booked our reservations through Watercolor, ownership changed hands and we were not made aware of the changes. Our unit was very dark; needing more overhead lighting. There were feathers all under and on the couches from the pillows. The sheets in one of the lower bedrooms were disgusting upon our arrival (covered in pubic hair). There were no guides to using the televisions and the remote controls didn’t work properly.
