Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great condo with nice patio

The condo was very well stocked, great location. Everything was clean and as expected. We were not able to use the master beds because the left side (they are twins pushed together to make a king) was completely broke down. It really needs to be changed out. That was our honest only problem. My husband and I slept in the 2nd bedroom that had two twins. The kitchen had everything needed. The sectional was comfortable. We loved having coffee on the patio in the morning. The pool, hot tub and club house was wonderful. The location was perfect for walking. We loved the nearby walking trails. I would stay here again if the mattresses was changed out!

Comfort and joy

Our casita was clean, comfortable, and close to everyplace we wanted to go. It was also very quiet. If I were to say anything negative, I would concur with other reviewers that the king bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Great resort, this unit, not so much

The resort property is lovely and well- maintained. Beautiful pool, basic fitness equipment. This unit was decorated for people who want to sit on a cushy couch and watch TV. No place to read and no reading light.

Beds were terrible, two twin beds put together to make a king size bed. The master was so firm my hips would hurt in the morning.

Accommodation: Very good. Rental was clean; kitchen had good supply of pots, pans, ect.; front door lock a bit difficult to lock/unlock, neighborhood: safe. Big, big disappointment: unable to get Wifi to connect, despite 5 attempts to reset...I finally gave up. Location: Outstanding - close to grocery, and the Market Place with several restaurants, and big box stores. Out door premise well maintained. Views: exceptional. Weather: excellent Overall - a reasonable value for the money. Would not hesitate to return...but make sure the Wifi is operating as part of the pre-arrival preparations.

Just the right size!

Spacious kitchen/ dining room combo and oversized living room complete this 2 bedroom and two bath condo. Great balcony to sip coffee. All the amenities of home!

Property was convenient to many things. This is our third stay at the Casitas. People are friendly and area lends itself to activity. We chose this unit for the split bedroom arrangement but would rent again for mountain view.

Clean and Quiet

We stayed for 5 nights here. The property and Condo are very nice. If it were me I would put a topper on the beds. They are very firm. They are also 2 small beds pushed together to make a king and the crack between the beds is very apparent. The pool and hot tub are very clean and enjoyable. There are grills and a fire pit close by that are nice. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
