Great access to the ski hill. Apartment was tidy and kitchen was fully equipped. It was the perfect little getaway.

if you are looking for a place close to the bike park with an awesome view: this is the place! it had everything we needed except we were disappointed that there was no outside area to chill with the mountain view. The old restaurant deck was closed: would have been nice to at least have picnic tables there to sit and have our lunch outside there's a tiny balcony though we liked that there was two bedrooms with lots of space: the mattresses were unfortunately not that confortable bathroom clean but shower curtain needs to be replaced overall good experience

Room was clean and tidy. Coffee was really good. The ski locker took a minute to find as it was not in order but it’s not a huge area. Nice that there was a ski rental/repair shop in the basement and easy access to the Elk Chair. Hot tub was a great way to finish off the day.

Great place, great location

Fabulous location, right next to the Elk chair. We'll definitely check it out again when we head back to Fernie.

Convenient location with all you need

Enjoyed our time at the condo. Location was convenient and check in was easy through email. Staying on the hill made our vacation and skiing simple. Ski locker was nice to have. Our 3 year old loved having access to an indoor pool and outdoor hot tub. The pool and hot tub were heavily chlorinated at times and did bleach bathing suits unfortunately.

The good: the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and cookware. Two separate bedrooms and hide a bed. Unit and Bedding were clean, easy access to room and parking. Pool and hot tub were clean. Stocked entertainment like books and movies. Nice patio with seating and location is great! Couch chair, ottoman and foldable chairs available for seating. Apartment size fridge available.The cautions: the suite is pretty roughly finished. The curtains are only for privacy - won’t keep out light or heat, not sized to the windows. The closet doors all come off the rails, only 4 smaller towels available so bring your own if you want to swim. The beds said they were queen but I think one is a double and it’s old, very creaky and not a good sleep at all, while the other is newer and I believe a queen. Renter is responsible to take out garbage and do all dishes before leaving with early check out or 10am. Pool hours were 9am-10pm which were outside of times we wanted to use them on both ends. The suite door does not latch or automatically close so be careful when leaving the unit.

Just Fine Accommodations

We used this property in the summer, bring a fan for both rooms. The air conditioner does not reach the bedrooms. No restaurants open past 5pm so be prepared with your own food or going back into town. Deck off the condo faces the dumpster.

Thank you for your feedback, Jacquie. There are some things that we have no control over such as restaurants at the ski hill closing at 5PM, many restaurants open in town which is a short 10 minute drive away. We will reach out to strata about the location of the dumpster.

Ski in/ski out

Overall check in was flawless. Kitchen was great for making meals. Would recommend providing some food storage things like cling wrap, tinfoil or a few ziplock bags. We were only provided with 1 towel per person for both showering and hot tub initially. After a few days we received more towels. Housekeeping is only available until 4pm which is not clearly listed in the instructions. They answer their phone until 8pm but if you need nothing you’ll have to wait for the next day. I don’t know if this was my doing or theirs but the listing shows CAD and I was charged in USD.

Great place to stay.

The location was great for our weekend ski trip. The condo was clean and right next to the restaurant on the main floor witch was nice not to have to walk far with your ski boots on. An ice machine right out side the door. The beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed. Only 2 things is there is not a view of the ski hill witch really didn’t matter you still looked out at mountain off the patio. I do wish they would have had some patio chairs out like every other condo balcony has. We had to move stuff around just to have a beer on the deck. I would recommend to stay here and we will be back.
