3BR/3BA House in Stand-Alone, Private Central East Austin/Downtown House!!!

Arguably the best area/street in ATX for VRBO!!! Great for any event DT r central ATX - especially COTA and SXSW (ground zero)! It's just outside downtown and blocks from the Lake Hike & Bike Trail. It's great for four to eight (4-8) people, but can fit up to ten (10)... Walking distance to Rainey Street, South Congress, Convention Center, and Downtown, & and all of 6th St. (East, Dirty, and West:) There are three full bathrooms with showers that everyone seems to appreciate. The famous La Barbacue moved a block away into the kitchen at the Quickie Pickie gourmet Grocery/Bar/Coffeehouse down the street!!! The house has three bedrooms (all bedrooms have queen beds) with three full baths. Guests seem to appreciate the three full baths. There are two bedrooms upstairs with full baths and a bedroom/office (with a queen bed) downstairs with a full bathroom. Perfect for young professionals! It was built in 2015 and I'm the only person who has lived in it. Just had a new fence built around the property so the guests now have an outside patio/yard to enjoy in privacy. Full amenities - including access to the washer and dryer. Central A/C, Heat, Full Kitchen, Cable TV, Washer/Dryer, Large Sectional Couch, (cloth irons, hair dryers, towels) etc... The house also features an upstairs and downstairs balcony, as well as a small backyard and a large fenced-in front yard. It's across the street from the back of an elementary school and is very safe with outside cameras protecting the house.
