Good Value- Nice Location

Overall very nice stay for the money. Liked condo layout with vaulted ceilings and 2 bedrooms/bathrooms. Property grounds well maintained. Quiet area and short walk to beach. As disclosed is on 3rd floor so did get a good workout. Would stay there again.

Hard to climb

I only Loved the location. The rest of it OMG. We had to climb 3 fights of stairs for starters. After entering the apartment coxroches everywhere. What they thinking of no elevator OMG. The bathroom were not clean properly. My daughter and cleaned the bathroom and sprayed for the roaches. Everything is small bathroom and TV 📺 in master bedroom is tiny and did not work there was no wifi. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool.

Not what was expected…

Me and my family are very disappointed, we had 6 people in our group we all decided we were going to spend a day at the pool and invited 1 family member from the area to join us which made it 7 people at the pool together. The staff approached us and asked for passes we provided them and he decided to make a big deal about our guest. It was our 2nd time booking in the same area last year we had 9 people at the pool and never had an issue… The craziest part is the last day we were there cleaning up we found out the place has roaches smdh… We wanted it to be a yearly trip to the same area but next year we are definitely not staying there!

good place

I did not personally stay at this property, but my friends that did wanted to say that they enjoyed it. The only problem they had was the AC wasn't quite cool enough, the beds were a little too firm, and the bedroom TV's were very small, and one bedroom was missing the cable box, so they couldn't watch TV anyway. Overall an OK stay though.

Great stay

Everything was as described. All the rooms were clean and it was quiet. Wonderful water pressure. There were some kids running around outside but they were quickly contained. Would definitely return!!

Location was good

Had some cleanliness issues and called the property manager and nothing was done so we did it ourselves. Updates are definitely needed. The best thing about it was the location.

Beautiful potential but not good upkeep

The condo/rental wasn’t very clean. The washer and dryer were full of sand and had to be cleaned before they were used! The dishwasher leaked and had to have a rug under it to keep you from falling. The drained were clogged and showers had mold in them. The layout of the rental was beautiful and could be such a beautiful property!

Myrtle Beach Stay

We loved that there are 2 pools, a playground, sauna, and hot tub. The condos are nice and spacious, beds comfortable. We had a great time. We love Myrtle Beach and Arcadian Dunes.

First timer - Will stay again!!

This was our first time staying in a Vacasa property. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. We love being so close to the beach. The property was also not far from other attractions too. The home was just as described and the pictures were great. My only downside was I didn't know it wasn't handicap accessible. No elevator. We were on the 3rd floor lucky my elder mother could handle the stairs. I would recommend that being in the description. I know next time to double check. Other than that my family truly enjoyed ourselves and will be using Vacasa again.

Perfect Location

The location was perfect. Close to the beach and pool. Close to all shopping and dining around. We did find one cockroach inside the property, but called and reported it and no others were seen. I would definitely stay and recommend this property.

We loved this area!

Our condo was on the 3rd floor which was the only thing we didn’t like with having a two year old. Everything was super clean and very quiet area.

Nice Area But That's It

We really liked the area of the condo. Very close to many Myrtle Beach attractions. However, when we checked in, the temperature was set at 80 degrees and took multiple days to finally cool down to 72 degrees. We were only provided two bath towels and one wash cloth per family and when we asked for more, we never received any. Tiny ants were also a problem in the kitchen. Dish washer did not clean dishes so everything had to be hand washed but no kitchen towels were provided. I would not stay at this condo again.
