Our beautiful home in PebbleCreek (Tuscany) is ready for you to enjoy. With an open floor plan including vaulted ceilings in the kitchen, dining, living and master bedroom areas, this two bedroom, two bath home with a den is conveniently located in the elegant PebbleCreek gated community at Goodyear Arizona.

This lovely furnished home is the 1610 Oakmont model with a large master bedroom with King Bed, full ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. A second bedroom also has a King Bed. There is a sofa bed in the den/office.

The well equipped kitchen has oak cabinetry with quartz counter tops and new Samsung stainless steel appliances. A Hahn water filtration system is in place.

The living room includes a new 65" HDTV with SHAW Direct Satellite with most major North American Networks. The master bedroom has 46" HDTV, the second bedroom a 40" HDTV, both receive major USA networks via indoor antenna. Wireless high speed internet and printer are also included.

The private backyard is fully landscaped and great for entertaining with a furnished covered patio, a BBQ as well as a gas fire pit sitting area. Parked in the garage is a Golf Cart that is available for monthly rental fee of $200.

TWO championship, 18 hole Golf Courses with very affordable green fees surround the development at PebbleCreek. There are three heated swimming pools (two with hot tubs) and an Olympic-size indoor pool with lap lanes. A full exercise gym with state of the art equipment, lighted tennis courts, 20 pickleball courts, pool table, steam room, aerobics room, and computer room are all available in the immaculately kept recreation facility. There are many clubs and activities to enjoy including a performing arts theatre. See

Our PebbleCreek home is close to NFL (AZ Cardinals Stadium), NHL (AZ Coyotes Arena), PIR (Nascar), MLB Spring Training, hiking, biking, and golf.

There are two great restaurants and lounges at each of two club houses serving excellent food at an affordable price.

PebbleCreek has easy access to the #10 highway.

Enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay in Pebblecreek... house was a bit dated, but all was in good working order and very comfortable. The owner was terrific to work with- very responsive to any and all questions I had. The back yard was lovely, with the trees were lighted up at night, making sitting out on the patio in the evening enjoying the stars the stars a pleasure. We never used the guest room or guest bathroom, but the master bedroom King bed was comfy , shower a bit tight on size, but adequate. We had lots of towels, and the kitchen was well equipped.

Active visit.

We loved our stay. Great location, played lots of golf, tennis and Pickleball, easy access to freeway. Would highly recommend for folks who like an active life.

Great time Great place

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the open concept of the space, plus the back yard is quite the little oasis. We loved all of the amenities that Pebble Creek had to offer. There was never a shortage of things for my husband and I to do, and the golf cart made it very easy for us to get around and see the community too! Pebble creek is close to good shopping and great restaurants and very easy to get to from the I-10. We cannot wait to book our next visit. Thank you to Linda for being so great to deal with. Beautiful Rental with thoughtful owners!

The house is immaculately taken care of, very comfortably and thoughtfully stocked and furnished. There really is some serious intention around providing a great rental experience. The owners were very responsive and anticipated possible questions in both communications and instructions. It is a safe and quiet community close to all amenities. There is great restaurants, coffee shops and shopping near by. That said, it was nice to cook a meal at the house and enjoy morning coffee in the beautiful backyard. It was a relaxing stay and highly recommended!!

We would come back in a heartbeat!

We were so fortunate to stay in this lovely home last winter in PebbleCreek. We loved everything about this house and PebbleCreek! This spotless house had a wonderful split floor plan with kingsize beds in both bedrooms. The back yard was pure magic especially at night when it lit up. The kitchen was well equipped and functional. PebbleCreek was great, from its wonderful golf courses, pickleball courts, baseball field, weight/fitness rooms and indoor and outdoor pools. We also enjoyed the wonderful performing arts theatre. The Friday fish and chips dinners and the buffet breakfasts on Sunday mornings were great. There are plenty of top restaurants in the area as well as good shopping! Owners were super.
