Traditional stone cottage family friendly

This charming stone house Lucija is situated in the middle of Dalmatia county, between Split and Makarska. House was build originally in year 1918 but it was completely renovated in 2009 using natural materials but the original stone was well preserved. This is typical Dalmatian traditional house.

It is situated below hill and has a beautiful view on the Adriatic sea and island Brac. The private path will take you to the pebble beach which is suitable for smallest children as the sea is very clean.

There are two spacious floors with 104 square meters. The first floor consist of a living room and fully equipped kitchen made from brick and granite.
The second floor consist of 3 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 6 person and it has 2 bathrooms.
The whole house is air-conditioned.

In front of the house there is a big terrace with barbecue. While lying by the heated swimming pool (22m2) you can enjoy in pine trees fragrances and peaceful view.

There are two parking spots, one in front of the house, the other one is above the beach on the main road.


Don't forget, you are only 40 minutes away from Split.

Wonderful historic holiday cottage with all you need

The beautiful historic stone cottage has been in Zorica's family for generations and she and her dad take amazing care of the house and amenities. Everything is so clean and well-equipped. There's everyhing you could possibly need, from dishwasher tablets to olive oil, from brickets for the BBQ to 2 hairdryers. Just bring your own snorkels. The cottage feels spacious and super comfortable. The setting is just beautiful and so tranquil. The pool is kept in immaculately clean and prestine conditions. Zorica's dad kindly cleans the pool early in the morning. There's the cutest little stepped path down to the lovely local beach with quiet spots, 2 bars and gorgeous sunsets over the tip of Brac. What a fabulous place owned by the friendliest family. We'll definitely be back! (Thank you Zorica for the lift to the bus stop.)

Wundervoller Aufenthalt!

Eine sehr schöne Villa mit Pool, wunderbare Aussicht, wir haben die Terrasse genießen können, das Meer ist unglaublich klar und sauber. Alles hat gepasst, es gab nichts auszusetzen. Die Gastgeberin hat immer sehr schnell reagiert und gute Tipps gegeben. Herzlichen Dank für alles!

Peaceful and beautiful

We couldn't have asked for a more idyllic stay. The villa was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, with the most amazing views. Our host was so welcoming and helpful; it really felt like she went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Das Haus war sehr schön gelegen, war liebevoll und hochwertig ausgestattet und entsprach der Beschreibung im Inserat. Das Vermieterpaar ist sehr nett und sehr hilfreich. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist fantastisch, die 200 Stufen zum Meer und zum netten sauberen Strand sind sehr gut machbar. Der Pool liegt sehr schön und ist immer sehr sauber, da er tgl. früh morgens von einem netten Herren gereinigt wird. Von den wenigen Menschen, die täglich die Terrasse kreuzen, um ins Nachbarhaus zu kommen oder einen kleinen Spazierweg zu erreichen, braucht man sich nicht irritieren lassen. Wir haben die 2 Wochen dort sehr genossen.

Wunderschöne Steinvilla mit sehr viel Charme !!!

Sobald man die kleine Auffahrt zur schönen Steinvilla kommt ist man von der tollen Aussicht fasziniert. Nicht nur die schöne und komplett ausgestattete Küche, die geschmackvollen Zimmer... sondern auch die Vermieterin Zorica ist sehr charmant und erfüllte uns jeden Wunsch. Ob eine Ganztagesbootstour, ein tolles Restaurant oder Tipps für Wassersport. Sie ist super vernetzt und man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute sehr wohl. Vielen vielen Dank !!!

Für die perfekte Erholung

Am Ende einer kleiner Gasse, ca. 60m oberhalb des Meeres, gelegen bietet dieses Ferienhaus die perfekte Erholung. Medici ist ein kleiner Ort, abseits von Trubel und Party. Vom Haus führt ein kleiner Weg direkt zum Kieselstrand. Aufgrund der Lage sind dabei rund 200 Treppenstufen zu laufen - und leider auch die Küstenstraße zu überqueren. Zum Glück kann man beim Wiederaufstieg erst einmal zum Abkühlen in den eigenen, privaten Pool springen. Dieser wird täglich gereinigt und ist dank kaum Chlor auch sehr 'augenfreundlich'. Der Pool ist ca. 1,6 m tief und insbesondere für Kinder ausreichend groß. Sehr angenehm ist, daß es neben dem Pool noch zwei Liegeflächen und 4 Liegen gibt. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Fotos der Anzeige entsprechen genau der Realität. Was man auf den Fotos nicht so genau sieht: die Qualität der Sanitäreinrichtungen, der Küche, der Möbel (Betten!) etc. ist wirklich sehr gut. Für uns das Highlight war die riesige Terrasse. Von Frühstück bis zum selbstgegrillten Fisch am Abend haben wir alle Mahlzeiten nur hier eingenommen. Obwohl die Zufahrtsstraße eng und steil ist, kann man mit dem eigenen Auto direkt bis zum Haus fahren und hat dort auch einen eigenen Parkplatz. Die sehr netten Vermieter runden den absolut positiven Gesamteindruck ab. Wer gerne selbst grillt, das Leben gern draußen verbringt und sportlich genug für 200 Stufen zum Meer ist, für den ist dies das perfekte Ferienhaus. Viel Platz, hochwertige und komplette Ausstattung. Für wen ist dies vielleicht nicht der richtige Ort? Wer ohne Party und Nightlive nichts sein kann oder sich vielleicht daran stört, daß 2-3x am Tag Gäste eines weiteren Ferienhauses deren Zugang nur über die Terrasse dieses Objekts möglich ist, vorbeihuschen. Allen anderen können wir eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung aussprechen. Wir jedenfalls werden wiederkommen!

A great place to stay , relax and enjoy the beautiful coast

Zorica is a great host , checking in was easy and she is always available for advise as to where to go or which restaurants you might like . The house is spotless and well appointed, the pool is great as is the deck of the kitchen . The beds are very comfortable. Igor , Zorica ‘s husband brought us a chunk of Ahi tuna that they had caught that morning , we BBQ ‘d it the next day on the big bbq that is on the deck , it was outstanding. We where two couples from Canada and all four of us totally recommend Zorica’s cottage , it exceeded our expectation by quite a bit.

Perfect

The house was ideal for a family of 4, with teen and tween kids. It's situated in a great location, and not far from most places of interest. It was spotlessly clean and incredibly well equipped. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the property. The beds are comfy and the area is quiet compared to the bigger villages and towns nearby, which is particularly welcome during the busy summer period. The pool is definitely a very welcome addition. Zorica is so helpful, and despite my numerous questions she always replied with useful answers and even helped sort out a couple of trips for us. Zorica and her mum made us feel very welcome our entire stay and we couldn't have asked for a better host. Excursions worth a go are the river rafting, ziplining and a boat trip to the islands. Trogir is a lovely town to visit, especially if you have some time to kill before catching your flight home. Omis and Baska Voda are towns both teaming with beach activities. Krka national park was very hot and very busy during the summer. Thank you, Zorica, for allowing us to stay in your beautiful house, and for helping us with our numerous queries.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben dort zu viert einen traumhaften Urlaub verbracht. Das schöne Steinhaus ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. In der gut ausgestatten Küche fehlte es uns an nichts. Die schöne grosse Terrasse mit dem Grill und freien Blick auf die Adria hat uns schöne Abende bereitet. Der Pool war ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Strand war über ein Steintreppe gut zu erreichen. Unsere Gastgeber waren super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit .

Stunning property, great facilities and lovely owner

The house is beautiful, with amazing views across the sea. It has been finished to a high standard both internally and externally - quality fittings, good beds, bathrooms, kitchen etc. Pool is a great spot for day time relaxation and the terrace is perfect for meals. The sea is a short walk down the hill, with a couple of decent beach bars. Nice snorkeling at the end of the bay. Zorika could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Would highly recommend, we are a family of 5 with 3 boys and all worked very well. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Perfekter Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung

Wundervolles Haus&Umgebung

Hallo zusammen, wir haben uns (6 Personen) für eine Woche im Juli 2016 in diesem wundervollen Haus eingemietet. Das Haus ist einfach unglaublich, aus jedem Zimmer könnt ihr,dank der Lage, das Meer direkt aus dem Fenster sehen! Eine moderne Küche steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse bzw vom Pool ist einfach wundervoll! Die Vermieterin steht euch bei jeder Kleinigkeit zur Verfügung und hilft wo sie nur kann. Wir haben den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen und würden immer wieder gerne zurück kommen!
