We have stayed at this property prior to the building updates that were carried out and loved it back then. With the new updates the house was amazing and we loved staying here. Can’t wait to book it again next year!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review and, above all, for choosing to stay with us again! It is especially rewarding to hear that you enjoyed the improvements we have made to the villa since your previous stay and that you had such a great time in Saint-Philibert. We would also like to apologize again for the inconvenience with the front door lock. Unfortunately, around the 15th of August it is particularly difficult to get tradespeople to intervene quickly, and this specific lock has to be specially ordered, with a delivery time of around three weeks. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding. We are delighted to hear that you are already thinking about coming back next year — it would be a real pleasure to welcome you again! Benoit

Half Term Holiday 2022

My wife and I stayed at Villa Men Er Bellec with our two daughters and had a wonderful stay. The Villa was spotless and very well equipped; just perfect for us. Located conveniently for nearby towns and beaches to visit, it was ideal. Benoit and Ghislaine could not have been more helpful. All in all, an outstanding holiday and we would like to return one day soon.

Excellent Property in Lovely Area

Very well kept, clean, light and airy property. Always a pleasure to return to after a day out. All arrangements were efficient, with property manager, Ghislaine, even turning up with a lap top in case of translation issues (not necessary) ! Great cycling and walking locally, lovely drive back to the house via coast road from La Trinite. We hope to return sooner rather than later.

First of all, the organization and contact with Benoit and the two house keepers in St. Philibert was perfectly fine! The house itself is extremely well equipped and super clean. I never saw a vacation house before (after almost 20 years of renting houses) with such a clean oven and BBQ. It is realy very comfortable, The garden in the back is very nice and well cared off (also thanks to Bob). Regarding the front garden I would suggest to let develop it in a typically vegetation as it has be started to do so and can be found in Brittany. The location of the house is very nice, two smaller beaches in the surrounding, one can even been seen from the house, the other is only a few minutes walk away. Otherwise you can find everything in the area, supervised or wild beaches, old stone monuments, good supermarkets and so on. In case we would ever decide to visit this area again, Benoit's house would be our first choice.

Thank you very much, Susanne, for your comment. We are indeed very particular about the equipment and cleanliness of the accommodation, and we thank you for taking care of it during your stay. It is thanks to the respect shown for the premises that we are able to offer this level of service. As for the garden in front of the house, it will be improved this year with new plants and landscaping typical of the region. Due to last year's extension work, we have not yet had time to tackle this area, but it will be done for the 2026 season. We wish you a safe journey home and hope to welcome you back for another stay in the region.
