Located a short walk to a town beach and municipal beach. Access to water sports, fishing, dining, some of the best scuba diving and snorkeling in Florida (Phil Foster Park).

Derek’s place was just as described in the listing and in all the great reviews. From cleanliness to location and the way the property was cared for this was an excellent choice for our family of 4. He does an amazing job of taking of the property and was an excellent host and very friendly. We will definitely be staying here again and would highly recommend it yo anyone. Thank you, Derek!

My family had the best time here! The condo was spotless, kitchen equipped with all our needs to make meals, quiet but very kind & welcoming neighbors, beautiful pool & balcony, and Derek was very accommodating and responsive to any questions or requests. We loved that it was walking distance to the beach and so many fun restaurants. The area felt safe and overall a beautiful island for a vacation. We definitely will have to plan another trip back here! Thanks so much again, Derek!

Condo was cute and perfectly described in pictures. The courtyard area and pool were well kept and a nice place to relax. Derrick is a fantastic host and was there to help with anything we needed and offer recommendations for restaurants and activities. Would love to return!

Great Location

Great spot right across from the beach and just a few blocks from wonderful restaurants and bars. Check in could not have been easier and parking is directly out front. Our family loved the heated pool too.

Had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and adorably decorated. So convenient being close to the beach and in walking distance to restaurants.

Charming apartment one block from the beach

My husband and I loved staying at Sunshine Shores. The apartment was terrific, and the owner, Derek, is just lovely. We rented a car, but there are about five restaurants within walking distance as well as a nice Park and the beach. We highly recommend this place!

Great stay

Very clean apartment. Close to beach and some fun restaurants. There was a small but lovely outdoor space which we enjoyed as well as a well maintained pool area. Derek, the manager, was always easy to reach and was very accommodating.

Perfect Stay

I absolutely loved everything about our stay. The location, cleanliness, and decor could not be beat. The property is perfectly designed so each unit offered complete privacy and beautiful spaces to enjoy the outdoors. Derek was readily available for any questions or suggestions for things to do while visiting. Check in was easy and the starter kit was much appreciated. We look forward to booking again soon.

Great stay!!

Everything was as described. Derek, keeps the property in excellent condition. The communication was excellent. The condo is clean, it had everything you needed to cook a meal. The condo is decorated very nice. Perfect location. Easy to walk everywhere. Nice walking trail nearby. The ocean is across the street. We will stay again if available.

Great get away

This property was just perfect. The listing was accurately described. It’s walkable to beach, coffee and restaurants. You will only need a car for grocery runs. Derek is easily accessible with quick response. He is also on site to making sure the property is tidy. Highly recommend this spot. Shelli from Indy

5 star condos

Wonderful location. Derek takes amazing care of the property. The condo is decorated nicely. The view on the balcony is beautiful. The couch is rather small, you cant lay on it. Its a block from the beach. Adequate kitchen for meals. The beds were comfortable. The pool was nice. The condo was super clean. Publix grocery store just over the causeway. We really enjoyed our stay. Will be back soon.

Snorkeling adventure

We have been going to Peanut Island as a family for a long time now, but have never stayed on the island before. This beach apartment was so convenient to everything we needed, & very clean, nicely decorated, bright & airy. We also snorkeled the bridge for the first time, which was cool, but there were lots of jellyfish out there this weekend so we had to be careful. I loved the proximity of this property to the beach, too, just a short walk down the street. The property manager, Derek, was so responsive & helpful, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Only critique, ditch the air freshener! Haha. Just one plug-in was way too strong for me & it took all weekend for the place to air out. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Spot!

This VRBO was EXCELLENT! Beautiful location, lovely and calm rooms, and the pool was top notch. Derek, the manager, was helpful and friendly. He was accommodating on check-in and checkout. The apt is located 20 feet off of Ocean Avenue in Riviera Beach. There are two excellent beach access points within a 5 minute walk, all with bathrooms/showers/life guards. There's also easy access (5-10 minute walk) to a number of restaurants and takeout. Less than a 15 minute walk to Phil Foster Park too! The neighborhood is very quiet, calm and lovely. Beaches are stunning! The apartment itself was very clean and well maintained. There were nice touches like beach towels, water bottles, and nice soaps/shampoos. It was spacious with a kitchenette with all the necessities including a coffee maker and keurig (BYO coffee), oven, microwave, fridge, and stove with all the necessary dishes, silverware, and pots/pans. The bedrooms were relaxing, plenty of space, had storage and the beds and bedding were comfy. There's a lovely, peaceful court yard with lush foliage, statues, and plenty of seating. And, the pool was clean and while not terribly large (25' x 12'), it was deep (6 feet), clean, surrounded by chairs and largely unused by anyone else so our kids could be a little crazy. This place was *GREAT!*

Nice and clean unit

We stayed at this place for a weekend. Very nice and super clean unit. The location is great, across the street from the beach. We had everything that is needed. Definitely recommended.

Excellent long weekend away with the family. Property is charming & clean. Property mgmt are friendly, accommodating, and great service. nice pool as well for a swim! location is excellent. nice part of town and across the street from the beautiful beach, walking distance to cafes and foods. can’t wait to return!
